Custom SMS Tones

This app works perfectly and is very easy to use. I've been using it for years. However, I've been recently concerned with a problem while listening to music. My music app is set to ignore notifications that aren't call tones. It works perfectly by not pausing when other notifications make noise, but it does pause with this one. Same with the YouTube and Soundcloud apps. I'm not sure if that can be fixed on your end or not, but it's been bugging me.

Having difficulty with app not recognizing text has been read and audio continuing to repeat. It broke after recent Google Messenger and Google Voice app updates near the end of February 2017. Would appreciate a fix if possible. Thanks

Works really well... When it actually works. Can't tell from one day to the next if the app will actually just stopp working for no apparent reason when you're trying to add a contact. What's worse, there appears to be no support whatsoever from the author of the app.

Keeps saying silent when ive added the tones i have the paid version & havent had any updates to fix the problem can you sort please as i love this app

When it works it's great and the only app that does what I want, however every time I've downloaded it stops after a while and I have to delete and download again. It doesn't seem to have been upgraded for some time, so that may be the reason.

It plays one text tone per contact then nothing, i want a refund please

The first page is gone. I'm not going to turn off all my notifications for everything just to hear my friends, and I like having sound for EVERY notification, not just contacts. Refunded until fixed!

Was getting dual tones, Sony's default tone plus SMS default tone, but it worked in the end. Sony Xperia Z2 KitKat 4.4.2

Worked perfectly on my previous Samsung phone, now works intermittently on my new Samsung

I paid for this app so in angrey that it nolonger is working!!!! Please fix asap as im now missing important txts off my disabled daughter & son!!!!

My new phone didn't allow custom notifications...this did the trick! Works great!! Thanks!! However, I have realized that I can't access the settings menu. Disappointing.

I was really angry because I thought the app had taken away the settings options. On the Note 5, press the back buttons to pull up the settings in the app. It allows to you to customize the length of the tone, disable your default tone etc. I'm happy now

I cant set default on my LG G4 ive used in on a lot of ogones without issue. Guess ill have to look for a new app

Like everyone else I can't pull up settings on it anymore so now I hear the tone for everyone and the one for that contact at the same time... if this gets fixed I'll give it 5 stars but especially since I paid for it I expect more

App not working? No matter if I set tone reset it. It just stopped and everything went default tone?

Does not work on the Galaxy S5 since the last operating system update, shame too, it used to be very good

Worked well until upgrade to Android 6.0

Play length is very short. Notification sounds are being cut off on Motorola X Play.

I've had this since I have had an android phone. I just don't like that I have a LG Tribute 2 and can't seem to set a limit to the length of time the phone rings.

Individual contact sms tone ok; group contacts sms tone ok; working even after rebooting phone; not getting interrupted by optimizer & cleaner apps; simple & no-fancy UI; user friendly; small but robust file; cheap. I've tried all sms & call tone in the market like Ringo, & this is so far the best.

But since installing the app, I sometimes get text notifications and no actual message coming through. Not worth knowing who is trying to text you if you don't get the message...

This app used to be great, hence why I bought it instead of just used the free version. Now I can't set my default tone for all texts so I get no notification or if I set one through my regular message settings I get the default tone with texts from personalized text tones in this app. Please fix or refund. Extremely unhappy.

If your newer phone has no menu button do a long press on the recent tasks button. This works everywhere I've tried it.

I've paid for the pro version and 99% of the time non of my text tones work . it was a waste of money

I paid for this app and it doesn't work for my galaxy s2. I disabled the notifications setting and it still doesn't work. Help!!

I installed the paid for version on my new phone and it acts like the lite version. I can't see any way to set a quiet time etc. All I can do is set SMS tones for contacts but no "Settings" button anywhere.

Like many people have mentioned, the settings menu is not present in a few different phones, including my Galaxy s5. It worked on my S3 without a problem.

Update 03/16/2015: For Note 4 users, and S5 ... long press the recent apps button, and settings will appear.... I paid for this app years ago, and now that I have upgraded to the Note 4, I can't use it, as there is no menu button on the Note 4. This takes away the option to set it as default

I'm a volunteer fireman and I use this app to notify me when I get a text for a fire call. Works great and no mistaking when I have a call. Used to have to carry a separate pager but this app eliminates that.

I have figured out how to get the settings to open! Open the app and press and HOLD your left button that usually brings up all your windows that are usually open. But by holding it within the app, settings pops up in the bottom. From in there you can set this app or the lite version as your default tone manager. Then go into your texting app and turn off your tone in there and you will no longer get 2 tones when someone texts you. I'm sure Galaxy S owners can do the same.

It sure doesn't give me all these screens. All I get is add contact or add group. doesn't work worth a poop. it changes my ringtone not my text notification tones which I want...(Yes I disabled notifications in my phone menu) LG-G3

Have used this on 3 different phones. When it works, it works well. However, it randomly stops working, and even though contacts still show custom tones, they don't play. Have to uninstall/reinstall and reset all the tones for it to work. This is very annoying.

Does everything and more. So worth the money :) Thanks for the update

Needs to have the 3 dots option for the settings pull down. S5s don't have a "menu" button.
