Let's Tag It for Android
Very non-intuitive. Only supports a few tags. Gave an error and didn't update photo (on SD card).
this is what i need to see my tagged photo ! :)
… if your pictures are tagged – and it helps with that too. Allows me to quickly narrow down thousands of pictures to the topics I want. Within seconds, I can usually find the pictures illustrating whatever live conversation I'm having. Easily recognizes tags added by other tools such as Picasa. Extensive help screens. Very responsive developer.

with tags, titles and comments. You can apply the same tag/title/comment to multiple selected pictures. No other app I have found seems able to do this properly. The tags (though not the titles or comments, yet) are recognized by the open-source photo organizer digiKam; this makes this app very useful. The interface is simple but very effective for the task. And the developer of this app is very responsive to user requests. This may become one of the 4 or 5 most important apps for me on android.
Does what it says but could be more user friendly (sort, review by directory, let users know its caching thumbnails).
Awful UI. Clunky to use, everything difficult
Very good!

A new app that hasn't got much love yet, but it's a great, if immature batch tagging app. The keyword here is batch: select (only 3 in the free version) tags, then select pics and they're tagged. If you need a complex EXIF editor, there's better options. Anyway, I'm a real person unrelated to dev reviewing something with 1000 downloads that not only doesn't suck, but it great!
