RNetCall - Voice & Video Calls

I have installed app day before yesterday and did £25 top up ..but not able to call to India....tried calling customer care 4 times....but every time I call ..they say Network team will call you back..and no body calls ..frustrating experience. ..I would have removed this app but my £25 top up will be wasted!

Waste software I've recharged my account yesterday day morning and it's still not credited.

App crashed after pressing dial pad ....call quality is poor then paid skype service

Good but some apps they have relationship with cashU but this one is not, so try to add cashu in your buy credits

I better uninstall this app. After registering, u are sent pin to verify, u open the message to read the pin but upon returning to the app; u are redirected to the registration page. When u register again, u are told to call customer care. How do u call customer care without a number or any button? Is this customer care, and emergency 999 or something? Great apps never waste people's valued time an i uninstalled it. Was this app intended to steal my details? I have to report this!

I have enough balance in account and got message .. insufficient fund. I spend lot time during beta version to improve app function. There is mandatory $10 charges for account. There was a lot tech issue and I can't use app to call. I complain a lot time to resolve issue. No one is giving a answer about time and money.

App shows not connected/offline after first login. Android 5.0. First call is clear and fine, after that you just cannot login. Lite application on Chrome browser, laptop running Win 8.1 nothing happens and does not download anything. On Mozilla initiates to download an .exe but cannot download or too slow. Payment gateway via Rnetcall website rejects the payment even when payment is confirmed with SMS/OTP. and very sure of the payment so cannot top up. Same card when used via phone IVR, payment goes through. Have the exactly same issue with their other service Reliance Global Call and have to do it via IVR only. Called up customer support even they could not even login, were supposed to get back in 30 mins its 4 hrs now and still nothing

Worst application. Payment charged, but never updated on the account. So can't make the call. Money wasted. Customer service doesn't know what they are doing. They should be given the most useless customer service award.

Don't download or try to use it's west of time and money, it's very irritating once call connect and start talking it will get disconnected every time.

I reseve the customer care call but I don't hear my pin & I'd plz me onemore

It not working properly in UAE also the voice clarity which they offered it's really horrible ... you will be able to talk first minute only after that its will going to disconnect . Really hated this apps . Please try some other VOIP service

Only good thing about this service is cheap rate.. Rest all is pathetic.. App, website, payment method all pathetic. Payment gets deducted from cc and doesnot show up in app and than you contact them to refund your money..

Good looking and easy to use. But performance is zero. Unable to call.

I accidently deleted the app insted of another and once I re downloaded it I cant get into it because it asks for a pin and user name and im not sure what mine is and it doesnt give an option tp change it? And wont let me re register with my number because it has already been used

Lot of issues. Live chat doesn't work. Call never connects. Customer service never picks up the phone, neither calls back. Website doesn't work. Does not let you use same account from 2 different devices. Does not have option to call from landlines.

great great and great app i love it but how can we recharge please tell us now mr user ?
