Watching the movie seemed okay for the first 10 seconds and that's where the adventure began. I kept getting an error code could not load title movie I had rented and had in my library. I tried nearly 20 times with no luck. Tried to download app to tablet but it had download issues. Then I downloaded app to smart tv and the movie worked for about 2 mins before giving me could not play title. I restarted it and it worked for about 5 mins then same message again after constant repeated efforts.

This is an excellent app if you enjoy watching a loading screen indefinitely. If you plan on using it to watch movies go else where. Complete garbage. I wish I could give it zero stars. What is the point of buying a movie with digital download if you can't even use it? Obviously I'm not the only person with this issue.

I loaded this app to get my digital copy of my favourite movie, Crimson Peak. After loading it and redeeming my digital copy code, I downloaded the movie and tried to watch it. All I get is the little "loading" circle in the middle of my screen. It won't play from where it says it's stored on my device, either, just gives me an "error" message. If you're going to advertise that your app works on Android devices, it should do so. Horribly disappointed.

This service sucks. It does not provide a consistent streaming option for titles you have purchased. Customer service will tell you it is an issue with with your Internet but I have ran speed tests to ensure I have a fast enough to connect. Plus I can stream with at least 4 other apps no problem.

Bought Deadpool from them... watched it 3x.. now only loads and loads.....Samsung note 5. ....... Have Fury from ultraviolet.. played 2x.. now just loads and loads and loads.....You can tell they don't care by the negative feedback back they have received. Piss poor. Sfc. N. 63e40x2. US Army.

Used this app for a while and it froze every 10 minutes. Now all I see is the spinning circle to indicate it is loading. Tried restarting my devices & reinstalling the app. However, neither corrected the issue. UPDATE the company told me that their app is no longer compatible with Android devices. There is no ETA for a fix and they do not see it as a priority. They pretty much alluded to the fact that I should go purchase Apple products because they do not have this issue.

Forced to use due to nook closing their video service. And they won't refund anything so you can leave their offal service or allow you to port away from their site and still access your movies. Go to Google. Run to anyone else. They still suck a year later and still have not fixed any issues.

Used to work fine until my note 5 upgraded to android 6.0. Now won't work. Been getting the run around from customer service for months and now they dont respond at all. They say a fix is coming but that was months ago. Use another service to get movies!

!!!BEWARE!!!: Downloading movies puts you in a postion of having any downloaded movie become inaccessible should a problem occur due to file corruption. I have been trying (since December 2016 with CinemaNow technical support) to fix such a problem (without success) following a failure of my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 system board (the board was replaced by the Geek Squad at Best Buy). I can no longer watch any movie that I had downloaded to the failed board.

Not all my movies show up in library and some it shows I have 5 to 10 copies of. Most disney movies don't show up and library not consistent across devises. Would give better rating if it didn't have library problems trying to find 1 that works good all of them have problems but flixter and vudu u at least get ur full library

Today was the first time I've heard of this company. I downloaded and rented a movie. Everything went smooth unit I played the movie and realized that closed caption wasn't available. As a hearing impaired person that's a deal breaker for me.

STAY AWAY!!! All the functions that allow you to PAY for a movie work, however, it won't play, just a loading symbol that loops, will not play trailers or anything. Seems to be an issue as seen in the ratings, have used the service on Xbox for years without issue, wanted it on my phone. Disappointed for sure.

My movie has been frozen for months I cant watch it. It only gives me thr option to resume video then the loading circles stop and never end. Tried removing app and reinstalling same thing. Beyond frustrated at this point.

One of the wrost streaming app i have ever used. Cant play back rented movie where i left off. Keep saying that cant play the movie because you used all licenses though i ve not used on any other devices. My rental is still valid for another 45 hrs.

I just rented a movie, and I have spent more time watching a spinning loading circle then the movie itself. I want to like this app better than Vudu, but I can't. You have made it impossible.

The app originally worked great. For well over a month now this app has stopped playing my uv movies. Customer services has been saying they've had issues with uv but they never state when they will be resolved or what I can do to still access my media

Your application is good but. Everything I try and stream to my brand new television's, it bring up an error code. Every other applications works perfectly fine with streaming for except for yours.

While this does stream well to a low end phone (where Vudu and Flixster now cannot even be installed), CinemaNow does allow downloads but not for offline viewing. The app must connect before fully starting up. Dumb.

I had tried Flixster first for watching my UV movies, but I had issues, and they weren't all that helpful. So I tried CinemaNow, and have effortlessly watched two movies on my cheapie smartphone(Kyocera Hydro Vibe). I did have an issue with o e title not linking to my CinemaNow, but that was just resolved, and the two reps I emailed back and fourth with were professional, and very helpful(and understanding!). Thank you, CinemaNow!

Purchased a few movies and was working great on my DVD player and phone app. However, now the DVD app doesn't work at all and the phone app doesn't play the movies. Emailed support they are sorry for the delay and offered a $5 credit to enjoy a movie but how do I enjoy the movie if they app isn't working. I spent money on movies that I can't even watch. Money in the toilet.

One reason I buy digital movies is to be able to watch them when I travel and I don't have to pack all the DVDS adding weight and taking up space in my suitcase. This app won't work outside USA I have tried in Mexico and in Europe.

Call it Cinema Never. It might work once or twice, but after that, downloaded movies get you a blue circle that spins, and spins, and spins... Cinema Never hasn't been updated in two years...and it shows. Ditch this piece of junk for something else.

B&N nook video transferred my purchases to this site but I can't access any videos. 3 episodes of outlander just sitting there. Can't even access them through my xbox.

Is anyone else having issues streaming movies from cinema now through their chromecast? I have no other issues with other applications but I literally have to unplug my chromecast restart my phone Uninstall the application and log back in for it to load after waiting 10 min. Then I get an error message that it can't play after a few minutes. I use the app for my kids so it's kind of a hassle.

Getting message on 3 of the 4 movies I digitally downloaded to device from a dvd/blueray/digital combo pack, that I cannot play movie because I have used all my licenses. All 4 movies are on my phone, and same app, on two tablets, one works, three do not. Never buying a digital download combo pack again and definitely not using this crappy app ever again.

This is the worst streaming app I have EVER tried to use. During one 90 minute rental, it crashed 3 times, had buffering problems too many times to count and was monstrously slow on the rare occasion it tried to work. I had a free rental using the app and would NEVER EVER pay to watch ANYTHING on this app. Use Vudu, Amazon, Google play, Youtube, even Netflix over this piece of garbage. Seriously I can't think of an app that I have had a worse experience with.

This is app is useless. Plays ok on my phone, but refuses to Cast anything. Gives error:"Sorry, we had a problem playing this title. Please try again.(Error code = 2)". Does this on every movie I try. Tried the Android TV native app on my Shield TV and couldn't even sign in. I had to clear the cache and data from the app and then it finally let me sign in. Once I signed in I was surprised to see that the audio is only 2 channel! The app says it supports DTS-HD but it doesn't work. No update in 9 months!

I had M-Go account transfered me to this crappie and won't let me log in. Tried everything they said but still won't log me in. It's crap.

Can you please update the app again I notice the last update was august of last year my movies won't play just buffers please fix so I can give 5 stars

I paid to rent the whole movie and it's only letting me watch half of it.. then I try to reload it and it starts me all the way back over.. So disappointed and definitely not happy.

It works great in my Xbox 1 but won't load on my phone. Used to work.....and now it doesn't. They need to fix this! I love CinemaNow and have lots of money in it!

I can't seem to find any Disney movies at all anymore... Did they get removed for some reason? Or am I searching wrong? Please give me an update as to why this is... Thank you!

Used a ultraviolet redeem code for my pre order of Jurassic World and has been working fine up until now. It continuously loads after i press 'Watch Now'...

Download not working on my nook HD plus. Gives me a tamper detected notification and then doesn't play. And it only let's me watch through chromecast, not on my tablet. So fix it or I'm uninstalling for good.

My Ultraviolet library hasn't updated in over 6 months, so no access to those titles on CinemaNow. Filed a support ticket weeks ago and still waiting for a response. After three changes in ownership in two years, CinemaNow is definitely circling the drain.

Another movie app that is supposed to play your ultraviolet digital movies that doesn't and no offline mode. Junk.

Now using a top of the line phone with upto 2Tb SD options, but still can't use it.

Really wanted to watch a rented movie on my samsung s5. No luck. App kept saying I had wrong username/ password, even though I was logged in on the website. Disappointing.

Came to this app from vudu cause i could not watch jurassic world an they refuse to fix the problem so this app will do good

HATED IT!!! they had an offer for a free movie rental. Deadpool yay! sign up just for the movie. then the horror begins. Can't watch in HD on my Pixel Chromebook from their website because it is not internet explorer or one of the other approved browsers! ARE YOU SERIOUS! WHO DOESN'T SUPPORT CHROME NOW!!! Then I use the Android App to watch the movie. Not only does my movie not show up as available on the app for over an hour despite what I do (resets and all). When it does show up and start playing they have chromecast support!? yay!? Nope just kidding they have it there just to frustrate you further. "Error Code =2" THEY CAN'T GET ANY OF THEIR MULTIPLE LINES OF DELIVERY TO WORK!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AND APP AT ALL COST. ALL MOVIES YOU GET HERE WILL LIKELY BE UNUSABLE EVENTUALLY!!!
