Will not play Ultraviolet videos on my Note 5. I will not purchase any movies from CinemaNow if I can't play my ultraviolet account movies. Also have to install another app when you're in the US no reason why the app shouldn't be able to detect what country you're in. Company's need to get their head out of their ass and let us play the movies we own and purchased wherever the hell we want wherever we are that was what the digital copy was supposed to be all about!!!

Fix your App for Android. I can't watch any of the content that I purchased and own from My Library. It just sits there and spins! Ridiculous! I want my money back for the movies that I purchased!

I used to love this app and I want to love it again, but it won't open and gets stuck after tapping on the app screen. Fix it and I'll give it 5 stars again. Thanks Update: all is fixed and I can now sign into my account. Thank you

Got this app, paid for a bunch of movies to find out it will not use the SD card on any of my devices so I cannot download the movies. Several movies I purchased will not play either. Difficult to set up and use on multiple devices.

Won't play any of my movies- from library nor, will it let me buy other movies.., it doesn''t allow me to update my payment card on. Thanks please fix... this app used to work every well before. Idk why it's garbage now

Unable to play on my TV or computer. Can only play on my phone, the tiniest viewing device I own. I rented a movie to watch with my family, so this is useless. Wasted a lot of time with the unhelpful FAQ. Cancelling my membership.

Movie will play if I plug in the power cable, even if it's on the lock screen. No option to save movies to SD card? Why wouldn't you allow that? 64gb card, but no. Let's put that 1.5gb movie in the space apps need to run.

I like this but it doesnt put out sale prices on movies and i never get a bonus for the times its not working this is the first time i cant watch any of my movies been a day now

Will not playback movies on set top boxes like Vmedia or Measy 4k. Says device is rooted but I have not done that.

... This works as expected on my Galaxy Tab 4 and Nexus 7. Mostly in conjunction with my Chromecast. Nothing is perfect and this is no exception.

I downloaded and played a film once, then it says '"license completed". It is not working for me.

The app worked great until I needed to change my password. Now after a week of asking for an email to change my password I have yet to receive an email

I run cinemanow on my TV/Blu-ray and computer with zero hassle(except cost~) but installed it on my phone and cannot log in. It says "incorrect username or password" nothing is incorrect, except this app..

Hope it gets updated to work with my phone cause it crashed

Wont let me log in on my LG G3 and the background is white. I cant see what i type in for username

Doesn't work because I have a custom OS due to the manufacturer not supporting their product.

Keeps saying that my devices date and time is in correct, so it wont load.:(

Terrible selection of movies you can rent, google play movies has a much better rental selection

No SD card support, captions don't work on downloaded movies

Every time I try to cast Cinema Now it tries to load for a few seconds but then stops. No error message.

Video plays fine on the device, but when trying to Cast using Chromecast all I get is Error Code 2. Not impressed

Called support about one of my shows not showing up on CinemaNow and they can't fix it.

Very unhappy. It would be great if this app could be moved to the SD card as my table's memory is full. Please fix this.

I tried flixster first but it worked like crap. I installd cinimanow and was verry happy with it.

The application will not allow me to watch downloaded movies when I'm offline. Also since the most recent update I can't watch some of my movies - I get an error saying I've used up all my licences. The app sometimes fails to launch whether I'm online or not. I've had to use support several times for a variety of reasons most of which end up with me being completely frustrated. I buy my movies on Google Play now. I use a Galaxy Note 4 currently running android 4.4

I really love this application clean and simple layout and works really well. I have had no problems yet using this application.

I like this app
