This is an Orange and Yellow Black theme for the text messaging app called EvolveSMS. It uses a similar look and feel to Google Hangouts.
The message sent and received bubbles are orange and yellow respectively, while error is red, locked is blue, delivered is green in color. A message that is sending is orange with lighter orange outline around the bubble.
To apply the theme: Open Evolve, open Settings, under Theme Settings scroll down to check the box "Use Add-on Theme", and then select "RMarkwald Orange Yellow Trans Hangouts". If the theme does not apply for some reason, after selecting the theme close the app, open your Recent Apps and swipe away Evolve and then re-open Evolve again.
