Take your Brightpearl solution to the next level using 'ScanCheck’ - the Brightpearl Android warehouse app. This intuitive and very advanced Android app uses the Brightpearl API to be able to perform all order processing, goods in and warehouse functions using a handheld device with a barcode scanner - thus ensuring that orders are picked using the correct quantities (user must scan each item) and that each product is validated as the correct item (preventing mispicks). By using ScanCheck you can upgrade your warehouse to features that are typically only found in very large corporate systems. By entering a PO number, or selecting from a list of incomplete PO’s the user can receive goods and put away via scanning the product barcodes and scanning/entering the location code. In addition by scanning a goods out number, or selecting from a list of incomplete goods out notes, users can pick, pack and ship items. The app allows the user to select from a list of goods out notes, or to scan the barcode of a goods out note, and will show the location for each item to be picked and quantity required via an easy to use step by step process – the user then scans the product or location barcode (1 scan for each item qty to ensure the correct number are picked.). Once picking is complete the user can opt to ship the item, confirming the weight and choosing a shipping service. The app also supports performing stock transfers, stock takes/adjustments and stock checks (e.g. Showing locations and qty of an item). Part shipments and part receipts are fully supported, as well as bundle products. The app is fully customisable to suit your own order workflow and can support multiple users. Serial numbers can be recorded during goods shipment and goods receipt. Please note that this is a third part app and the developer is no way associated with Brightpearl.
