This is the app which i was looking for, very good app, which will give monthly part payment option, this type of app, throughout playstore you won't get. Only one more option should be made, that is after part payment, there will not statistics for how much interest and how much principal amount is deducting in given emi, so made that one option.

Lovely little app to work with and super simple interface. One suggestion: please add the ability to choose when the first payment of a loan will be due? Therefor, if I start the loan on the 15th of the month, please make it possible to make a payment on the 1st of the next month.

App is good, it would have been better if feature of calculating interest rate from investment and maturity amount is added. It is required for both regular and single investment.

The app seems to be working fine however, for interest calculation the term should have the option to add days as well. For eg: some banks offer interest rates for 12 months 11 days of 16 months 15 days or say just 500 days so the app should have the option to calculate interest for those extra days as well which is missing right now. Overall the app is convenient to use and saves valuable time and provides the right info. And the best part is the app doesn't ask us to give permission to our contacts, sms, storage and so on and thats the reason i would like to give it a 5 *

Dont think this is very accurate. If I make 2 seperate calculations for compound interest, one with monthly deposits of 50 and another of 100, the sum total of both calculations after 30 years is less than when I calculate using a single deposit of 150 a month.

Really good app. Could be better if it includes a way to calculate PITI (principal, interest, taxes, insurance). Include escrow calculators and a way to submit existing mortgage but a "what if" calculator to see what would happen if principal only payments and/or amortization schedule calculators. Further development could be great. Also, app could potentially make money (search "big data") if it allowed people to sign in/link mortgage accounts.

It is my most useful app. It's very user friendly and the ads are not annoying. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to plan their finances. The only thing I would add to it is budget or long term finance planning (when loans or bonds will end, etc). Great work! Well done

Thanks for this it really helped me a lot.... Im wondering if you could also add a simple calculator as well just to multipy, divide, add, and subtract. It just makes me swap to another calc app for those calculation before entering it here... will then be a complete app!!! When you add it to your pro version done let me know and I will buy it definitely!!!!
