Mauro Saginelli, you need to open your WiFi on your laptop or desk top. Connect to your WiFi using the PSK on your modem. Then open iBell on your mobile phone or tablet, search in your LAN for any devices and it will find the doorbell. Then click on that. Rename it and enter the pin for the doorbell, and it will install, then connect. Once connected go to the settings change your security numbers to personal numbers. Ignore the doorbell wifi now. I used the reset button four times over the last week to try and install the doorbell correctly. I paid my computer man more than half of what I paid for the doorbell to set up mine and this is how I know what I just shared with you for free. YES, I would love to recover my cost, or be paid for what I just shared. I spent the whole week working and working and working on that doorbell. I wanted to throw it at a brick wall because I couldn't get it working. I have it working on my devices, and now it is happily overheating and draining the batteries on them. It's sort of worth it, because if I go away it will work. Oh, the inside doorbell. You have to press once outside and then again when it stops flashing. My computer man fixed that also.

Good app and camera, software need a lot of work. Of like to be able to set a static IP on the camera, also the rstp stream URL for the HD stream, maybe being able to change the configuration of the unlock function to a NO circuit. As well as the string that the app sends to the cam for automation systems. Oh and POE would be a huge asset. Hope you guys work on this product, it has a future with some stability and features work. And the telnet login, maybe an sdk?

Never works. Waste of time and money. It keeps disconnecting and saying device unavailable, even after it was connected and had a steady video stream. Seriously bad app. I can't believe I was scammed into spending over $200 for the hardware. Its now a very expensive crappy door bell. Shame on you Kivos.
