Potential good app but keeps freezing when I want to register my email on rize. Quite dissapointed

The idea behind this app is great: guided mental exercises on your phone and the ability to track your progress. However, this app feels very poorly designed, especially in regards to the UI. In the opening quiz, I couldn't even read the full questions because the multiple choice answers overlapped the text. The exercises themselves weren't bad, but then when I was instructed to create an account, I was not given any option to do so. In fact, there seems to be no main menu of any kind whatsoever.

Simple ingenuous and effective - only a few minor design glitches. Implements proven strategies to improve mood and challenge negative beliefs. Does so through some clever games. Like the deep breaths animation of a person floating up fro. the chair as you hold the counter and it goes to six seconds. Or the test for irrational thinking. Now the formatting issues. I cannot read the last words of the questions they are blocked by the 4 multiple choice selections. Also I wasnt able to add my e-mail or register

Load of Crap, you can not access the app because you need a login and password. The app give you links to join. There I've let my anger out, oh well the app has done some good...

I'm so glad someone put these mini wellbeing exercises into fun little games. I never stopped to breathe and write what I'm grateful for before encountering these little 'workouts'. They help with stress particularly because I have anxiety. Thank you! :)

Brilliant app, well researched and professionally put together. Content is easy to understand and carry out, audio snippets are a good tool to understand each section. Love how each section builds on the the next and allows proper mental awareness development, rather than just flicking through random sections and not understanding it's true benefit. Well thought out and very well executed app, definitely worth anyone giving it a try!
