Tiap kali mencoba login tulisannya "the auth stamp is invalid" hingga saat ini ketika pakai hp saya (samsung s7) tapi bisa di pake login waktu pakai hp dr karyawan optik.. kenapa ???

Mau log in tp lupa password, pas input username and date of birth, error terus. Ujung2nya ga akan bs log in. Please fix!

Sudah beberapa kali mencoba register pada hari yang berbeda-beda, notifnya akan dikirim SMS dan email, tp tidak pernah ada informasi masuk, pegawai Seis sendiri kebingunan.. weird app

Ini mah bukan app, cuma browser doang buat buka situs optik. Lemot, Sekali klik produk harus balik lagi ke homepage... bikin susah nyari dari awal lagi. Ini serius ga sih bikin app?

Lupa username. Apakah menggunakan alamat e-mail atau nama, atau nomor HP? Cara forget password-nya kok aneh? Nanya tanggal lahir.

Mau log in di hp baru ga bisa. Di username ga bisa pake spasi. Padahal usernamenya bisa pake spasi. Terus gimana nih?

Tidak bisa registrasi, sdh dibantu pihak optic untuk registrasi, sdh dapat email username dan password, eh mau login malah ga bisa. Muncul error the auth timestamp is invalid

Pengiriman lama, 4 hari kerja setelah bayar, kata csnya sdh standard prsh.

Ndak bisa sign up. Gimana caranya sign up? Ndak ada konfirm sms/email yg masuk.

I'm annoyed with the fact that the online membership is somehow different with the offline membership. Can't you just integrate both? It will be more convenient since some people already have their membership card. I'll give 5 stars if it's fixed. Thanks.

Sudah berulang kali register tetap ngga bisa. Aneh..!

I'm already sign up for several times. It said that they already sent an email to my account and a sms to my phone. But up until now (2 days after my registration) I hadn't see any email nor sms notification. I think using card is more practical than using an app.

I failed to buy frames three days in a row. Already email the customer service but no response up to now

Take more time to open and at the end error notice come out,something wrong with the application

This app keeps telling me to use different username. Tried more than 10 different possibilities that are not common at all and still receiving "this username has been used". How am I supposed to register then?

Gak bisa digunakan, selalu ada pesan: Unfortunately, Optik Seis has stopped....... dan waktu saya cek RAM yg terpakai oleh aplikasi ini waktu loading, jumlahnya adalah 225 MB lebih.......... SERIOUSLY ??? Instagram aja kalah sama Optik Seis soal menguras tenaga gadget.......

Every time i try to log in, it is always said network error, i change my network, it didnt help, it said network error, i tried to use wifi, it said network error. Fix this application please.

This app could be really helpful if it's not keep reloading. I mean, how am I suppose to browse through the page if the page keep reloading?

Why there is always a message 'the auth-timestamp is invalid' when i try to login.. what is that mean?

Installed the apps few months back and could not proceed because of some errors. Tried again just few days ago and still not progressing. Could not verify phone number and error keeps coming. Trying to sign up with new account was also not possible as phone number was already registered. If the system is not ready yet, I would prefer manual way with member card. Worked better than the apps.
