I tried to race my wife, #5 in queue, to order and this app is totally convoluted and terrible to sign up for: she won by a long shot. The menu loads really slowly, and am on their wifi network! Plus the app asks for all sort of permissions that have nothing to do with ordering and everything to do about spying on you (location, the precise version nonetheless, what apps you have installed, your contacts etc). Useless and DANGEROUS.

Horrible -- as others have said, way too complex to find items and place an order, and the cardinal sin occured for me: after taking an additional 10 minutes to install, register, hunt down the items to be ordered, and submit for payment -- the application failed to submit the order! Finally walked over to counter and placed it in less time than it took to uninstall the app.

The navigation around the app is extremely unintuitive. Spent more than 10 minutes trying to figure out how to change from one food outlet to the other.
