From the main app menu hit the settings "gear" at top right of screen. Scroll down and select Update Mantooth. Select one (or both) devices one at a time and update firmware. Problem solved!!! Thanks to YJ for knowledgeable, prompt, and timely customer/technical service!

I love these gauges but since update had problem with linking them to the app. I uninstalled the app and installed it but nothing played with it and it seems the firmware on the actual gauges themselves need to be updated as well it's looking good so far but we will see

Since update gauges won't work correctly, can't find service history, problems linking to app, need to correct issues soon. $350 gauges are now expensive paper weights.

Can no longer see super heat and sub cool

Recent update causes too much wasted time, doesn't pick up the guages, wasted 15 minutes turning everything on and off and still didn't work....fix it please!

It just will not connect sometimes. I actually have to reinstall the app to get it to work. Kinda sad considering my Bluetooth phone headset connects everytime. I'm using it on a Galaxy Note 4. When the mantooth connects, it's awesome though.

I purchased these because i figured it would be a great product, i am verry disappointed. I spent much less on the testo smart probes and have not had any issues.

The update cut off the sh and sc on my s5 but on the s6 seems to show up ok. I like the service ports on the probes but they need to be wireless and improve Bluetooth range

Since new update you can no longer see sub coolin and superheat. So does anyone wanna buy this pos from me. Now selling it I WANT OLD APP. GET RID OF THIS UPDATE CRAP QUICKLY. DO NOT BUY THIS TILL THEY GO BACK TO OLD APP

Great tool, good price. Would like to see min/Max added for superheat & temp readings. A graph or log would be even better! App works great with no bugs. HTC M9

This software does not work with the latest android.

I use a galaxy s5 and it works great. Still can't get off the roof though, wish it had longer bluetooth range. But I think it will be taking place of my sman360. Did have to buy the short low loss connectors in order to hook up to certain units due to limited space at service valves.

Doesn't work with the Android phone. Told to wait for update. Waited and downloaded update. Still fails to work. Please fix

Can't believe it doesn't have one. Zoom and landscape would be nice. Numbers need to be larger and bolder for sunny days...and...Whoever named this gauge set should be left out of the next YJ device name brainstorming session!

Very disappointed in this. To many steps to connect and if you lose signal you have to do it all over again. This should have auto reconnect like others Don't believe there range claims either. When you do keep connected the info you need is there but don't move to far away or you have to start all over.

Also the wires are an issue

Update seems to have fixed connection issues. Great gauges.

Don't waste your money on this! The app keeps crashing. I've tried different phones with different versions of android. I'm taking this garbage back.

They won't connect when around large compressors. I figure it has something to do with the magnetic field interfering. Move away from the unit before trying to connect. I worked in a compressor room trying to connect for 30 minutes before I figured out that if I walked outside the room and connected them, theyd stay connected inside the room. Oh, and I just got a new phone. Application won't download now. Glad I didn't need these tonight. Software needs work!

Best instrument I have use show all details on pressure and temp , plus you send it by email or save it for records. Great product now you need to event bluetooth thermometer.

Love the tool, very complete for troubleshooting refrigeration issues. Would give it a 5 star if it only measured microns for vacuum.

After some help from the great people at yellow jacket have had no issues. Works perfectly.
