*Bought a licence, surely has the capacity to be our full time POS.* We have been trying this POS for beta testing since sometime now but have abstained from using it for a few reasons. Firstly the online thing is a bit slow. Secondly please allow the timings to be customised! My restaurants open at 7PM - 4AM, but your software cant accept that time, it says invalid time, so we have to set the AM and PM differently. The team otherwise is very responsive. Replies and solves the issues within hours.

One of the most user friendly apps. Period. All features very well thought through. So as we were setting up our menu on Rista, we didn't struggle once, nor scramble for work around (as we've had to in 2 apps we tried before). Then comes support. Not that the app needed it. But you anyways have clarifying questions to ask. Always prompt, on the dot response that actually RESOLVES or ANSWERS the question you had. Anything I say for this app and the guys behind it would be an understatement.

Nice app and easy to setup. Almost comprehensive but Need some updates like bulk inventory upload/update, inventory details export feature, adding ad-hoc item in the bill which does not exist in the item list yet, splitting the bill for half paid and half credit (open) etc... Overall great work.. In app Barcode scanning feature is very useful.

I love this POS just for the "return item" feature. It used to be such a giant pain for us to find the original sale receipt, adjust total revenues and calculate the tax for returned item. With Rista, making a return is a piece of cake, with just the name of person or order number, it finds the original sale, calculate total amount including tax to be returned, generates a receipt for customer, adjust inventory, adjust total tax payable and link each return to the original sale.

Finally, an Enterprise grade POS on Android platform. I have been looking for a powerful and yet easy to use POS that let me run all my retail operations on Android platform. After reviewing many POS on Google play store, this is the only app I found that has multiple-store management option. It has all the features I wanted and so easy to use. It is a breeze to setup, it has four steps setup process for new business and I could upload existing catalog csv file directly into the app.
