Usage : select one or more items from your favourite media viewer (Gallery, QuickPic, G+ Photos, Piktures, etc) and share them to Focus. Done. You can now safely lend your phone to your friend. :)
Do you hate when you friends swipe left-right when you show them a photo? You need Focus.
Focus is a photo and video gallery add-on that allows you to select one or more items from your favourite gallery application and limit your friends to just viewing those photos and videos.
Your friend can now swipe left or right and will see only the pictures and videos that you have selected. They can pinch zoom and pan photos as well as play videos directly from inside Focus.
If your friend taps on the Back button, he is presented with a password box and a text stating that he should return the phone. If your friend taps on the Home button a sound will alert you that you should take back your device and will optionally lock your device!

Great app but please make the app so each time i go to my gallery the pictures and videos are NOT viewed through the app. Because its rather annoying when im trying to go through my gallery but the app is always running and i have to keep doing the pin each time. So as the first time where theres an option to view the photo/video through the focus app do these for all the times.

It doesn't work on NOTE2 with KitKat. I selected 1 picture in my gallery to test it and that's it! Now my gallery is locked to that 1 pic with no apparent way to remedy the situation. Same thing with selecting 1 pic from my camera to view. When the ring tone activates there is no way to enter your pin to silence it, you just have to mute your volume. So please, Mr. Developer, tell me how to remedy these situations. You only get 1 star until I get a satisfactory reply. I'm especially disappointed after paying for this app.

Fantastic app! The dev listens to feedback and makes changes based on it. All bugs I've had were fixed. 10/10 no more friends swiping left and right where they shouldn't.

Simple but very useful. Worth the small fee to support the dev. Looking forward to seeing how this develops. A couple of things: When the notification bar and buttons come back after full screen mode, can the notification bar be blocked so that the user can't scroll it down and see messages, appointments etc.? Also, swiping between photos in full screen mode doesn't work - first the buttons appear then scrolling is possible. Can this be improved?

Works perfect on Samsung Note II SGH-i317 AT&T with 4.3 - and, with the Note II's native Gallery, QuickPic, and G+Photos. It just works. It does the one thing its suppose to well. Let's face it, we've all made a few photos that would require explaining - when all we really wanted to do was show pics of the kids to Grandma - this app helps with moments like that.
