CitiAct - Smart City Solution

Have given up on this app. Submitted so many traffic offences of emergency lane abusers with clear photo & supported by manual typing of car plate number. But no action at all. Another good idea for an app but no action

I got 6 reports made in Subang Jaya & Kepong and all 6 without acknowlegdement or response frm respective parties and local authorities. Previously when the apps gt started, all reports were acknowldeged within 2 weeks(subang area). Gave my feedback through facebook on 28 Oct ago but no sensible solution provided by the team.

No response at all from the department or person incharge. I had made several report and totaly dont have anybody to follow up. Cant get photo from gallery.

After a successful login, the app will crash and it will just crash whenever starting, on Nexus 5 Android 6.0

In latest release update i cant get gps location. It was okay in previous version, please fix it.

Good app. Hope this effort will be continuous. Would suggest an "Other" category because there are things which matters but do not fall into current categories. Also, please allow option for more than one photo

U guys said targeting 100k users in 1 month. Few months alr passed but only 1000+ downloads. Keep on under delivering. Don't misguide ppl. Credibility lost as reflected in redtone share price.

Sometimes we snap the pictures for upload purposes later when there's connection but app doesn't support that.

Easy to report problems and we know the status of the reports without much hassle.

Waiting for location is taking like forever, try gmaps to verify connection shown less than 5sec. Improvement needed

Wanted to submit a report but failed to get the location.

Kindly improve on the option of sending the reports from the gallery. Wont be able to snap & submit all-in while driving.

Thanks for the effort of making this apps. But please improve. Can't send photos from gallery. Open the apps also time consuming while people making crime over there, tak sempat snap picture. Accidentally slide our phone to left n right will remove our pic with the caption. _honor6 user

If only the public works department is onboard

Very simple application to use. No hassle. It's great that we can now see the health and cleanliness of all the cities. In fact this app can operates anywhere around the world. No longer we have to make calls to the City Councils when we can actually track our own report status instantly.
