We are a full-service cleaner that takes care of every garment in your closet exactly how you like it. How Rinse works:

Let me start off by saying that I am wow-ed by this service, they're great! I love being able to get pick-up and delivery that doesn't cost extra and they provide a hook for the door so I don't even have to be home. I highly recommend their service. However, I'm not really sure why they have an app. It's only useful for setting up an account and viewing the price list. After that, everything is done through texts. Great service though!

we are a crazy busy family. I work. I'm in grad school. I was skeptical at first because I felt weird having someone else do our laundry, especially since I thought it would be a bad lesson for our kids. I now have more time with them. hubby and I are less stressed. we still do 1 or 2 loads ourselves and we aren't frantic about it and have the kids help. rinse brings our clothes back folded and smelling great. the delivery people are polite. this service is a life saver!

Guy didnt call or text when he showed up. I call them 10 minutes after his window and "all cars are off the road" so now I have to go find quarters. Sigh.

My coworker told me about rinse, and it makes life so much better. I have them come to the office to pick up which works because I stay late to avoid traffic. It's convenient, they do a great job, and customer service wins.

The service works well and is actually cheaper than the laundromat and dry cleaner near my house. The app is not super slick. Very minimal and looks like it just embeds their mobile website for a lot of things

I signed up for the service online, but apparently you need to have the app in order to use it. I tried to install it but the app is stuck. When I go to the play store in my phone it says it is installing and it never finishes. When I go to the play store on my computer it says it is installed. But when I look at the installed apps in my phone it doesn't show up as installed, so I can't try to uninstall it and install it again which would be my first solution. I was trying to use rinse instead of washio, but if the app doesn't work it might be that the service doesn't work either. If I have to talk to someone on the phone in order to pay I might not bother using this and go back to washio. That sucks because washio's service has a lot to be desired and I was hoping that rinse would be better.
