The app is great for helping to remember what has happened since you last saw your doctor. It would be better if the daily monitoring comments didn't have a limit on how much u can write though. Also the medication section won't let you enter any dosage that isn't a whole number, like I can't write I take 0.5 mg I have to write 1 mg. Otherwise I really think this app is quite helpful

Won't let me register and get error messages on pages hope it gets fixed

...then it was upgraded and now I can't log in. Instead I get some sort of script error. All of over a year of data gone and not even having a website membership helps getting any of it back. Keeping easy track when one has cog issues is important. Everything is now lost.

Great app, took me a minut to figure out all the little bits, but after you become more affiliated with it its a wonderfully useful App for MS information and keeping track of the symptoms you may have trouble remembering for your next check up

I used this app a lot in the beginning. All my information is on it from the point of first finding Out I had MS up until a year ago. Then it began locking me out. Now I use the upgraded version ,It would be great to merge the old info with the new for one complete file.

I think this will be a really useful app if I ever get past initial registration process. I filled out the first page and was sent straight to an error page. Clicked back button & was asked are you sure you want to leave this page? Back closes app rather than going back to start. I'll keep trying for now.

Help! I recently graded up my phone. Went to install app again on my phone and keeps saying wrong username & password. I have removed app. I also don't like the fact that all my input is not there. I have been in putting daily since September now it all gone. Fix this please

My issue is that I lost all my data with the new phone. It is still working online but it doesn't sync with the phone. You have to enter it all again.

I've been diagnosed with MS for 6 years, & it is such a Blessing to have an app that not only keeps me up~2~date on any new news in regards to MS, as well as me being able to keep up with my own health journey with MS. So thank you & GOD BLESS YOU AS WELL.

I just downloaded this app and right away realized a flaw. I have been experiencing a relapse and there seems to be no way to group symptoms for a relapse. Instead your individual symptoms are stored as an exacerbation rather than a part of one. This app seems handy but needs some work.

I would love to give it a go but after multiple attempts to create an account and getting an error try again in 30 seconds message, I give up. I have MS and the attention span and fatique to go along with it!!

Needs tuning. You have considerable feedback for a start. When you finish, please provide an Import-Export function.

Thank you SO much to the creators of this app. Fast, reliable, & has made my life so much better!

Took the time to type in all my info on my tf700 tablet, then installed the app on a nexus 5, none of the data I put in was shown on the phone, And there seems to be no way to check the account details so I cant ensure that the 2 devices are even on the same account. Had high hopes for this app to record day to day events so I could show them to my Doctors.

I can't believe I accidentally Found this! !! I'm so happy I did. I Really Needed This NOW.. at this time, And with a FULL RELAPSE! !

There seems to be just a few glitches, but it could also just be my phone. The part I think I love the best is where everyday I can log how I am feeling. I can also log when I have a flare up. I write it down but almost always forget to bring the paper with me when I see my doctor. I just downloaded it tonight so will have to see how much more stuff I like and whatnot. One thing it would not let me make an account. I hit register and it does nothing. Again it might be my phone..

the practical execution appears to be flawed. Like the other reviewers I'm unable to activate my account from my tablet. Shame, as I would purchase this app if the bugs can be sorted. For now, it's Buh-bye!

Downloaded to my Asus Tablet today, but unable to set up an account. Seemed like a good App to keep track of MS notes, but frustrated by the inability to get it to register my information.

my short term memory is really bad..this app makes life so much easier
