Rinboo Premium Quality Calls for Android
I havent found any other app that takes customer satisfaction so seriously as this. They are quick to resolve your issues and strives hard in continuing to ensure their customers are happy. I have had some issues but they have been prompt to resolve it too. Cheers to the team!
I I have been using this app for the past few months. I used to enjoy the services on this app, specially to call my home country. But for the last few days the services have become so pathetic that I am not able to make single call even for a few seconds. I am not able to hear the recipients voice no are they able to hear mine. Looking onto the app developers to provide services as before.

Frustrated using this app. Vlice quality is poorest. I keep talking and some time shouting on phone but still counterparty can't listen my voice at all. They do ask to download some vpn apps to make rinboo call smoother. Inspite of that it does not help. I recharged 10$ and suddenly they increases he rate to double . This new charges ahould have been applied to new recharges. Had someone recharged toom much big amount in advance , he will be in great loss. Bye bye Rinboo. Uninstalled the app. Will never ever use rinboo again.
I am subscribe Indian calling, hen I called voice is not clarity I tried many of times. I will appreciate your team to responding abt my requisition.still need to improve quality when people using wifi connection will struggle to call there is net work is fine.rest of all working that net connection.
I got good and clear voice since last month, but this month onwards the call is disconnecting while talking.. every 2 minutes call is troping out of 5 minutes.. please rectify this issue urgently. Otherwise we have to force to use another applications.. i would like to inform you that i am good user of you
I installed this application. First time we can talk. But from time when im calling i can hear but the person on otherside cannot hear. Informed to this rinboo. But no use. I am wasting my money on each call. At least refund the money. Its not a good one. Will not reccommend
It is very good. I am using it since last 2 months and I can tell you according to my experience. if there is any issue just complain to them and they will contact to you. I did same, I had some issue and they contact to me and they solved it. So I will recommend it for sure.
Very bad from this month. Unable to make calls. It's like calls has to make as per their convenience.. not as per my requirements. . Very poor service now a days and over charged saying global competition . I'm quitting.. bad bad
Really great customer support from rinboo. There supporting manager call personally ask all problem I facing. Everything he resolved. Now it's perfectly working rinboo. Call charges also too low compare than other apps. Thanks For rinboo
Dear You are giving a monthly bundle of 185 minutes against 26 Saudi Riyal To Pakistan. While another App "Nymgo" is giving 190 minutes against 19.5 Saudi Riyal to Pakistan, Call quality is also good. So please take down your calling rates. Thanks
It is a good app,i used it for more than a month & i called from UAE to India. It has good quality without interruption but the problem is hearing low sound of my voice on other end always. So please clear this issue...
Nowadays it's going worst condition. I am calling to someone they can't hear my voice. Last one week I am facing this problem. Not only myself my friends also having the same issue.
Hi Rinboo CEO, please enable the proximity sensor and bluetooth headphones support in the app. Also, the design is outdated. Make the app design more of a material design like Rebtel. My phone is Oneplus X. Thanks
Initial 5 free minutes was working smoothly.. Later i bought credit to india but i could not make the calls only Hello sound can be heard after that the other person cannot hear you.. Frustated with this app
The volume is very feeble and cant hear if there's background noice. The app need to fix it Edit: Thank you for the quick reply. The volume is lower for rinboo when comparing to skype, fb messenger and duo. I set the volume to max in my S7, and Tab A. I have tried it in iphone7 and ipad air. The volume in these devices are better than android, but lower than other calling apps. For further clarification, I just had my audiometry recently and it was normal too :-) Edit 2 : Forgot to mention that the volume issue is evident only when on speaker.
Why Why is it taking yes for my top up to appear in my account? Its been nearly an hr and still nothing. Is this how your app works? Please refund me asap rubbish.
I had a problem with rinboo and the service is excellent that the cofounder has called me and sorted out the issue. I really appreciate for the service and problem solving. Hope this rinboo provide services to many of the people and I wish all the best
When 2 phones are online.. we cannot use usd call.. its going in free call but no sound and video
See in the beginning it was working very fine but now it make me feel so sad i recharge 100 aed it is not working at all. Its been 3 days now i am asking to fix tge issue but only operating team mention that escalated to the technical team . disgusting the kind of service we are getting from the department. I am regular cst of them getting treated so obvious.
Wasted my money on buying credits and it's not worth. As most of the minutes are wasted due to call quality. I personally do not recommend
Omg...! Really I fed up frm dis App. I'm so sorry to say dis. Bcoz I'm unable to speak properly wth anyone. The problm is otherside thy cannot able to hear my voice evn 1% But I can hear thier Voice 100%. I'm facing dis problm since 2 days. I checkd my Internet speed n also Bandwidth everything perfect. Thn I installed VPN evn though the problem persists same. And also I Uninstalld d App thn again Installed. But no use. Pls sort out my problm soon. Hope yu people can. Thnkyou.
Hi I cannot see any message here. Only part of message is appearing in notification area. If I am clicking on notification it will show me nothing in chat area.
For the past one month I am using this app call to India from dubai call quality is very good when wifi Internet speed high. If low call maybe disrupted. But any way app is very good.
this app is good but some time breaking vice & tomuch costly UAE Ad i kindly recueste rinboo team do this uae low price richarge 10Ad 14Ad 20Ad & give moor minuet. i hop u understand so do moor incriment this app.
Try to eliminate this VPN issue. Its caused a major headache. The vpn element should be eliminated. Ive stopped using the app because of it although i used your premium services. Once resolved ill buy credits again. Been having this issue after the call quality dropped and then came the vpn which also lowered the quality of call. I request that this issue should be sorted.
I'm continually trying to login as a new user but it always shows not good internet connection I m using 4g phone with 4g data so bad. It only waste my time
Hello My Dear Developer_Group, while sign-up this app with 4g and Wi-Fi, internet speed is quite appreciable but it showing """problem with network connection""" Facing trouble during registration, I try several times but alas problem remains same. I'm waiting 4 ur response.

it's good untill you r subscribing the smaller plans, it will be the worst afterwards you subscribe the bigger plans. Not gonna suggest anyone. The worst one
This is very good app . But after 4...5 mint call disconnect automatic and some time voice are not proper. Please fix this issue
For first month this app is worked well. But after month is not working well. 1, it is disconnected call within 1 min. 2, I am not hearing voice from opsite member. 3, if call min limited 30 min only, i cant make a call to any one. I informed with team, they told me to use VPN. After connecting VPN the call is not go and getting failue. Even it is not connecting after using VPN.

First free 5mins was amazing call quality but later paid usage is disgusting... automatically gets disconnected. Too bad !!!
I use Rinboo in my Xperia M5 and the phone hangs every now and then after Rinboo installed. Tried restting, removed bloatwares and still problem persists. Looking for an update to fix this

I had problems in the beginning.. Then was fine.. Since lately its pathetic... You keep on saying hello hello and the other person on other side does the same.. You can't get through and have to keep trying again and again like a maniac.. I will never renew this subscription.. Enough.. Instead of talking to family you end up having a rough talk due to this pathetic service.. It neither works on wifi neither gprs.. Horrible..
