It does what it does. Not sure why all the negative reviews. This app is the MDM component to a Blackberry Enterprise Server, nothing more, nothing less.
Latest update is killing my battery. Have to use this due to company policy so it needs to be fixed ASAP. Previous BES12 worked ok so either roll back or fix.
Mailbox is updating really slowly. Need to wait for minutes of time even after open and pull down the page to refresh. Need to change the version for faster mail updates.
For android phone, APN setup is not necessary but the app insist to check the APN setting when setting up email. Completely not working.
It's a waste app. Does not even have anything to do with it also I have to used it due to some reason for work. But totally it's a 1990 app

Screen goes black. Blue light comes on. Have to pull the battery to restart my phone - sg5s. Happens to a couple of others at work who have this app as well. A fix would be great. Not exactly convenient to have to pull the battery multiple times a day!
This version seems to cause freezing and crashing with a black screen, a blue light and overheating on the Galaxy S5 running Marshmallow. Version 12.22 is stable.
My S5 worked flawlessly with McAffee then shortly after installing BES12 it started freezing every night during charging, avoid this app at all costs, no wondering Blackberry is doing so bad...
Since installing this app my phone freezes up quite a bit during charging. I have to reboot the phone numerously. Stay away from this piece of crap.
This application routinely begs me to drive into something at high speed, or to drive something sharp into my heart. It has been the worst application I have ever used and I briefly had worx (aka. Doesn't works). Save yourself an embolism, don't use this unless you have to.
Phone is slow, authentication takes forever.

Had to deactivate my device because of email sync issues. Now I keep getting error 3006 when trying to reactivate my device. My activation password is correctly setup, i have cleared all certificates reinstalled bes 12 tried from several different wifi networks and 4g... Can't make it work again
Since the upgrade our organization has experienced random freezing on our Samsung Galaxy S5s. The screen will be black with the blue light. None of the buttons will work. You must pull the battery or hold power and the down arrow to restart. Help
I have to remove it. It is causing my phone to freeze and show the blue light on the upper corner. Battery is getting to hot and I have to pull the battery to reset.
Causes overheating. Phones shut down and now my emails no longer sync. Many ppl in our org having issues with the samsung app

Finally able to use Blackberry Enterprise email.
Works Great. No issues.
App works exactly as I would expect from an MDM client. Download and run it, enter in credentials, it pulls down policies, and apps get pushed across. If you have Good Dynamics, it authenticates it against your GD servers. Works really well.
Bluetooth disconnects when BES12 is scanning my phone after I install an app on my s7 edge. Also does this randomly, very annoying. Please fix, thx
Samsung galaxy note 7. When in the secure folder, Bes12 will not activate with the error unexpected internal error.

A bit slower than the previous versions. The way assigned work apps are displayed now makes them harder to find.

To ALL those people who has issue with this app, blame your IT and not Blackberry. I configured BES12 in my environment and never fave any issue. The reson is, my BES12 setup is optimal and ll configuration is correct.
No long works after marshmallow 6.0.1 upgrade on BlackBerry Priv. BlackBerry support has no idea why or an ETA for a fix

Many of the reviews on here are frustratingly stupid. The app does what it is designed to do perfectly. And Blackberry isn't doing as badly as you think. Maybe you should learn about the product and company you are reviewing before you hit submit.
