The worst shopping app i have evrr seen . At first the app is crashing many times. Still 3 tries i got success in opening its homepage. But the homepage loaded in a lpt of time. I had a really bad experience with the jeans that I ordered. The picture showed slim fit and blue colored jeans whereas what I got was some old pair of jeans with FADED COLOR, PARALLEL FIT and cotton balls coming out from inside pockets. This is almost like cheating a customer by luring them and showing fancy pictures. Also how do I trust to order something else now. Also they don't transfer money to your bank account like Amazon, myntra. I have had a horrible experience and would like to have my money back and not store credits.

I hate this app. Ajio par 1 bhi dress ya product mujhe pasand nhi aaya.sarees to bilkul bhi achi nhi lagi. Georgette ki saree ka to koi khaas collection hi nhi h. Har kisi ko cotton ki Saree nhi pasand ati.or price ka to kuchh kahna hi nhi.Quality or favorite product ho to price ka dar nhi rhta.par ek bhi product unic or stylish nhi.

Unchi Dukan feeke Pakwan....misleading promos promising discounts of 50+upto50 (upto70%) and current ones like 1000 off on 2999 but at checkout stage they apply a capping to clip the final discount to a much lesser fixed %age i.e in 50-60% range. Which means no one on the face of earth actually ever gets the discount what is being advertised. And this an Internal policy (of how to allure and fool customers). Moreover while selecting an article the moment you choose your size the price is increased and as a result the discount seems to be basically from your own money.

The customer service is poor.I ordered shoes and put it for refund.They picked up the item and it's been 15 days or so. I haven't received any refund back. Why do people don't want to value our money? It was not expected from Ajio

If i meant to say then this e platform is really very useless they put a high price rate on each and every product irrespective of brand or non brand, and displayed 10%off or 30% off... they think us fool... really this is dumb platform... extremely sorry ajio....

The service logistic is terrible . They misplaced my order and finally ajio ppl cancelled it . To locate delivery of an ordered product almost took 3 weeks and at the last moment they cancelled it ! Such a bad experience .

Comparatively poor quality cloths with higher price. Maximum tops/kurti made of rayon n polyester, I purchased from both Reliance trends n Ajio online. If Reliance want to survive then need to improve quality n price.

Absolute waste of money. Ajio shoes are the worst. Purchased a pair of shoes from the brand Turn (which is under Ajio itself). Sole is as hard as wood. Proper waste of money. Uninstalling app. Don't order shoes from them.

This app or rather ajio is only for M , S ,XS people ..L ,XL,XXL is not there and there size chart is not matching with normal size chart like Lee Cooper or D&J do you might get confused.

I love the ajio collection..it's super amazing..high quality products at reasonable prices.. but the only thing I strongly recommend them is that they should start free shipping for orders above 500..

Ajio's refund policy is pathetic, They take more than 10day to refund your money, whereas e-commerce like amazon and flipkart refund your money,on the same day of pickup. Why cant you people refund money earlier?
