App sucks, it hangs most of the time at login window itself. Sometime it works but 90% of time it remains on login window without any error message. User will never know what is the problem with the app

I am unable to login. Not sure what's going on. I tried to re install but now it is not even loading the societies names. Please fix it at earliest and work on improving the rating. Right now it's just 2.4. Wake up guys...

Once upon a time it used to work like it was suppose to. Now it have stopped working for good. And no one knows if it's gonna work again or not.

All issues provided by reviewers are very small issues. Please contact to your system administrator for resolving these issues. Please provide the feedback to system administrator.

It's a pathetic app with bugs. After selection of resedential society , when one inputs mobile number and email id, for OTP sending it return backs with an error of 'no mobile network'. So, it is useless.

Just downloaded the app. Tried to log in but surprisingly it say my mobile number doesn't exist. Uninstalling the app now!

Main problem with Rikken meter is that we can't remove overload from customer side, for this problem Rikken app is very helpful.

Absolutely wastage of time. For OTP request, it continuously shows "No network connection", whereas my mobile is highend 4G. Absolutely scratch App. Why do Builders refer to this wastage in spite of so many worst feedbacks? This should be questioned by all society members and a substitute App should be demanded.

Meters are billing in Kvah but showing it kWh to customers....also hard coded low power factor 0.44 in meter software so meter is running 2.5 times faster so one will find higher monthly electric bills

Worst app. Doesn't fulfill any of the promises written in its introduction. OTP itself cannor be generated. Wasted 5 MB and 10 min on this useless app

I tried to work on it. As soon as I enter the OTP. it shows network error. Where as I am downloading it on 4G. Any solution to it.

Rikken Meter is very fast. Company can be fast and right at any time. The Company can Display From EB to DG from his office. Which result the DG unit diducted from our balance. So I Dis-like this meter.

Useless app ..moreover half of the features don't work most of the times.

Network connection error after putting in otp

I installed this app and clicks on load on icon. It deducted 100 inr into from my account without confirmation. I tried to write complaint via app but this section does not work. App loading is very slow. I had to wait for 2 minutes for every query. Overall very bad experience.

Even OTP is not generating showing network error (working sim was present on device). App should be test thoroughly before go live. Dont deserv even present 2.7 rating. Please consider to change your developer. Its bad app.

For last few days, I am not able to login to app. When trying, it simply says- Network connection error. It was working fine earlier. OnePlus One running on Cyanogen 13.0 (Marshmallow 6.0.1). May 28 - Issue is still unresolved. Worse is that there is no response from Dev Team.
