It takes you directly to the browser. This is not helpful. The purpose of an app is to make it easier for the user to connect to the things they need in a mobile device friendly app face. This app is stupid.

This app is junk as is Scripps. I registered at one of the hospitals in person. I needed appointment at one of the other clinics. I had to register again because they are not affiliated with each other or something. I decided I would just get the app to do the registration thing again so I didn't have to sit on hold. The only thing this app does is send you to their website. I hope they didn't pay money to have this developed.

A friend of mine has a medical app from another hospital and she can see her profile on there.. The scripps one re directs you to the browser to sigh in and see your profile.. Love that i can go online and see my record but wish i could do it all on the app and not have to open a browser
