snapping scroll view demo

This app shows how an implementation of a snappy scrollview can be done.

I have done it by extending the 2DScrollViewer (from http://blog.gorges.us/2010/06/android-two-dimensional-scrollview/) with a listener that tells about the actual motion status (and just only the case it changes).
