Ridz is the only government approved taxi/auto aggregator providing a point to point city taxi and auto service in Delhi and NCR. We are passionate about the technology and how it can be used to help improve and better the daily intra city travel. Therefore, now you can book a taxi at the push of a button.
We work hard to get Ridz cab to you but we do not charge you for the effort and hence, our rates are not manipulated unlike other service providers. The rates charged by our driver partner are as per the government norms.
With RidZ you are assured that you pay only for the distance that you have travelled.
Here's how RidZ app works:
1. Download the RidZ app.
2. Install the RidZ app by providing permission to the app for installation on your device.
3. Register with the app
4. You are now ready to ride with Ridz!
5. When you want to ride, just enter the source i.e. from where you want to travel and choose destination.
6. The app shall show the nearest available drivers and shall connect you with them.
7. You shall instantly receive the confirmation from the driver on the acceptance of your trip.
8. In case you want to ride later, choose ride later form and book the taxi.
9. In case there are no drivers in your area you can call our call centre and our team will be more than glad to help you!

Wants me register even before I could explore it. Don't want to disclose my personal details if this happens to be a bogus company. Should be given an opportunity to see how it works and register if we like it. How does one understand what kind of cab one gets and what are the charges. Is hatchback at same rate as smaller cab? Location detection takes so much time! Very poor interface

The team is amazing the call center calls n updates about the driver. Booked a cab for 3.45 am from indirapuram to T3. The call center called n updated about driver status. Good experience . comes before time and amazing NO hidden charges. Very reasonable rates and nice service.

They simply ignore to your request and moreover ask extra charges for unnecessary things.

These freaken pests are mentally sick. Their employees are stupid nerds and have no idea how to talk to clients. If you call them for booking they got no clue which cab, what rate, and their booking software in 1000s of years old. Driver smoke in cabs and eat some gutkha. My cab was stinky.

UnFAIR pricing. It would cost 400+ whereas one can go in tfs for 250 or ola share for 200.
