BEST Mumbai Bus Ticket & Pass

Good application,but u must add Paytm payment also it will b better to others using Paytm & one more should be added to application is TMT ,non ac NMMT buses for e transaction& child ticket is not there please provide it.

For publicity they gave Rs.500 to everyone but the app doesn't work in non-AC buses. I tried many times and the conductor shouts at me because I have not bought the ticket.

It did not validate my mobile pass even after generating the code. Had to pay for ticket even though i purchased a monthly pass. Bad experience

Bus conductor have not compatible device to verify pass after payment.ao this is waste application.waste time as I have to go depot ti verify the same as I have done payment

Recent tickets for BEST never worked always showed an issue but now solved within 12 hours after sending mail I liked quick response and action thanks ridlr for update app immediately after sending mail

App is good but conductor sweech off-on frequently wifi so we can not validate ticket at Sakinaka and Versova rute.

After the update i think it works great now.. very helpful, saves from the hassle of carrying change. Five star!

This app is great but I prefer payment gateway should be paytm because now a days people us paytm to do their payments and book ticket ridlr developer you should work on this

Very good app...bt needs to improve a lot...sometimes I get error stating that I am not in the right bus...plz I hope u will look into the matter and improve the service very soon !!

Will start emailing without signing up on the Gmail ID used to download the app. Hope Google blocks such app.

Plz can u uodate one thing mote in this app to validate the bus pass on same day it will make them more reliable 2 use who have to travel same day at the day of pass renewals after pass validity end

This is the best app for supporting "Cashless India". People don't have to pay money. Tickets will be purchased from their freecharge wallet.

Got the token but the bus conductor was unable to give the ticket. And after trying repeatedly it never worked. Though I had sufficient balance. Had to get off the bus. Bad experience!

Most helpful app specially for the BEST ticket. It's too good and fast. No need for keep change in pockets use wallets and enjoy rides. Waiting for an update for double Decker busses as currently this app is not working for double Decker busses

App is working really good, but is should be design when user have poor net connection, and if possible so without net connection also, but most important think, this app should also start referral points, so people can pramot it, and people promotion is better then commercial add, and yes its really useful, and good app. Good job ridlr.

Nice app but, once i get bad experience, after showing token no of app, conductor trying to put it in mashine but it shows not in range error & get me down by bus. App have to work on dis issue. Overall app is good im using it past 5 days.

Customer service horrible they disconnect calls saying we have many more calls .no escalation team or grievance mechanism. The customer service team is not monitored so they will play without.Dont ever use this app for new bus pass because RFID physical pass will not be given to you but charge will be collected. WIFI doesnt work many times in bus so you will be compelled to buy ticket even though you have bus pass.without token validation bus pass softcopy is not valid.moe stupidity is if you want to convert to mobile pass you need to pay 40 rupees.better use this app only with free recharge because your money is not stuck you can use for recharge if you dont use ridlr at any point.Worst app and worst customer care

Not working at all. I am trying to generate code from last 3 days for ticket booking but no conductor is aware of how to use tocken. Even though I have enough balance in my wallet I am not able to get tickets through this app. Totally useless app.

Today i used this app again and was successfully able to purchase it using this app. It can be improved lot like selection of from and to destination. Sometimes it gives unaccurate fare because it think you are booking as return ticket

Fantastic convenience.. I love convenience.. So thank you thank you.. Just only the name is weird.. Ridlr, difficult for the common man.. Can you name it something like Travel token or Cashless token or Chalo Token se, no cash or Only Token no cash..

From the point of NMMT bus ticket booking, this app is fantastic. But for BEST Bus ticketing, the app is pathetic. The process of booking tickets on BEST Buses is cumbersome. I would have rated the app bit better had the process been a bit convenient. The app is riddled with many issues for BEST Bus ticketing system. Every time an update is provided the one loses the ability to book tickets on certain bus routes. It is not a dependable app, as it fails you on the worst moment when one doesn't have adequate balance in ones wallet. Piece of advise, do carry spare change as back up, as the is notorious in not providing you the token number. One can not trust this app with ticket booking on a BEST Bus.

The bus conductors would purposely keep the bus's wifi off because of which the app would not work and when you ask them to turn it on they would stop asking you for ticket. Pure cheating.

the bus conductor i dont know for what reason keep their wifi off when taking token.. i got fined because of not taking ticket.. just because of wifi.. worst experience..

Simply I love this app. i was just waiting this kind of app made by BEST. I was getting bored standing in the q for the pass..But this app got done my problem solved

Worst... Not working..... Leads to bad conversation between passenger and ticket man. Need to use another method. Another way. Otherwise waste of time money and internet

This is one of the best apps I've come across. The interface is super friendly & the transactions happen at rocket speed. I would suggest that Ridlr start services to serve local train passengers in Mumbai too. Keep up the good work ☺

Pathetic connectivity issues, further conductors need some training as they are really impatient and rude if it takes time for the app to create coupons...App on the other hand is another issue... is very slow, most of the times doesn't even throw the search options....Keep away from this app and save your money instead for buying tickets...

I was over charged for a trip...so I have stopped using this app..Nd finally uninstalled...waste of time nd rubbish customer service..

Now I can't book my ticket. Whenever m in the bus .Thts shows tht m not in the bus. First it was good BT now it's irritating

This APP is not supporting student pass. I hope you'll will soon add the feature of supporting student pass and notify.
