Can't link to real-time transit info consistently. UI requires three clicks to access arrival times from map. Map often refuses to update to current location and/or time. Not useful.

The idea is extremely trivial and far away from creativity. The real problem is performance, nothing is working, the app keeps crashing and the user experience is horrible! I can't believe this app is owned by Daimler!

I live in Portland, Oregon and this app told me I had no routes between me and work. Portland has a great public transit system, so I know this is not true. Searches for rides also took forever. Just A badly written app

Tells me I have no transit, taxi or parking options available to me nearby. I live in Oakland that's all there is around me but this app fails to detect that. Uninstalling.

I got a link from car2go to use this app but as a majority transit user this is useless. You tap on a bus stop and it just tells you how to walk there, not even what bus it is etc. It does show you where there are car2go and ride shares but not evo. I uninstalled it.

I live in Austin, Texas where traffic is getting worse by the day. Thankfully I have this AWESOME app to help me navigate my transit options so I can actually get around Austin and not just sit in traffic jams in my car all day, burning gas and getting nowhere. The schedules and routes for CapMetro and the rail are all right there in an easy-to-understand layout, or if I want a car2go it tells me how close I am to one that's available. RideScout saved me one afternoon recently, when I missed my bus at Republic Square Park - it showed me when the next one was coming in real-time. It also helped me realize my stop was across the street from where I'd been standing. Doh. The other cool thing about RideScout is it's a traveler's helper. I fly to other cities for work or pleasure quite a bit and it helps me navigate unfamiliar places with ease. I've tried other apps that claim to be similar but RideScout takes the cake. Highly recommend!

0 anything, what good is it? (Orlando, FL using ZTE ZMAX) Most likely designed for larger cities like: Boston, NYC, LA, etc.

No bike trails/routs in columbus ohio. Bus stop is 200 feet away, but no COTA rout for columbus ohio. Uninstalled.

KCATA has online feed and runs right aside two sides of my building and applications said no transit in area, guhbye!

I enjoy using the realtime information to know if I have time for a beer to catch my bus. And its also nice in Austin to have mobile ticketing inside the App now so I am just a couple clicks away to show the bus driver my pass. As always, it's nice to book a car2go as well as see the real time information for bikes in the racks. It's also great to be able to see the no-kidding walk time to decide if its better to just walk.

P70%

It says I have no transit options nearby which is a lie. There's a bus stop literally across the street and plenty of taxi companys and bike trails and paths too.. this is a useless app.

K70%
by K####:

Despite repeatedly setting in the ride preferences the choice to not see car2go listings, the app is crowded with them. Your preferences are completely disregarded, which makes the app inconvenient.

K70%
by K####:

Once I put in a destination, the app found all the ways I could get there, taxi, bus, bike , walk. And how long it would take and cost. Awesome. I haven't actually tried to use it irl yet though.

SoCal has the world's premium craft beer community. I love using this app to see real-time transportation options to get around to all the breweries without having to drive. Cheers!

I tried to find a ride share from San Jose to San Francisco and the app crushed.. I reopened the app again to try again with the same route and the app crushed !!! I really don't know what is wrong.

Wpuld be a great idea if you actually knew the routes of everywhere basically. Like I live in Pgh PA right smack in the middle of Pittsburgh and there are transit routes, bus lines and subways and inclines plus uber all within 3-5 miles away from me and when I looked it said the only thing near me was a taxi place in Mckee`s Rocks, deleting til it's improved, butt it's a great idea though it could be extremely helpful if it worked

The app gives you what I believe is truly important when it comes to mobility in the metro area. In real-time, you can see all of your transportation options at once to make an informed decision regarding moving around in the city. I was stuck in downtown Austin late a week ago and I needed to get across town to my buddies place. I didn't have my car and I didn't want to get a ride. So, I used my RideScout and found a bikeshare option less than a block from where I was at. Got across downtown in no time.

New install, looks useful but Norton rates this as high privacy risk. Time will tell if it's worth it.

K70%
by K####:

First of all, You don't include Uber, Lyft, or Tri-Rail so don't claim that you have ALL the transportation options. Second, It needs performance enhancements as the app is very slow to load. This app has a great deal of potential but you're not Waze yet.

I guess they don't have the information for all markets. It works somewhat well in markets like Austin. Google is much more reliable for most of the rest of U.S. I am sure they will get better over time.

Despite being listed on the VTA web site as having real time transit info, this program does not, in fact, have VTA scheduled routes, much less real time info.
