Works...usually...if you think there SHOULD be a bus don't leave the stop!!! Metro good at executives to Kingwood...the rest of us...iffy

I use this app to get to work on time. Works great.

I continue to have problems with this app. It freezes and crashes. I just updated to see if that was the problem, but I still can't see the bus times nor where the bus is. At the moment I can only open this app and that's it.

It was better before they updated it.. It was more accurate on the time now the bus will arrive late now it's always 15 20 minutes wrong

I had a hard time, getting the services I needed... Better luck to you.

I was about to update my review with at least another star or 2. It has been moderately stable and I'm getting familiar with its functionality. WHAT'S WITH THE NEW UPDATE WANTING ACCESS TO MY FILES AND PHOTOS??? Not gonna happen. Original review: Favorites = Gone. Instructions = Crap (seriously? You couldn't tell me the bus# and the direction it's heading?) I'd give it no stars, uninstall it, and use Google maps, but the "next bus" screen seems to work. The previous app was at least usable and informative.

Favorites has been removed. Crashes within 1min of opening. Super slow. Buttons hang and map sticks. Metro, do better. Seriously. This is an insult, but I guess this is what you get with government installed monopolies. Edit: still crashes on android after backend supposedly fixed. Also, saving recent locations is not the same as having favorites.

Seems okay, but it just updated and asked permission to access my camera and picture files. Maybe I'm paranoid, but why does it need to see what pictures and other files are on my phone? I can see the need to know my location but I see no reason to have access to the other files on my phone.

80% of the time it does not show business routes, just a blank map with no bus stops! Lost all stored bus stops. I only care about my stops, not the 300+ stops in downtown Houston!!

I was told that a new version is about to go live on 11/29. I'm hopeful. ok I tried it. It's always tricky when you release an overhaul. Favorites definitely need to come back. there are some stability issues with some cheaper phones. On a positive note, I like the display of busses in my circle, also the route info is nice so are the alerts. overall the layout is awkward. Sorry. Google maps is better overall.

I can see some good in this update but im screaming here, frustated that i cant do the same things that i was able to do. You dont have the option of arrive by, you cant save trips (the favorites), i cant flip the destinations. And when i want to start off my starting point from somewhere else it keeps showing where i am. I plan trips for the next day or days so i now what time i have to be at the bus stop. I hate it and i honeslty prefer the old app than this modern one

The individual who made the decision of changing the trip app has made an incorrect choice please bring back the old app.

The new update is atrocious and useless. Please update your update. It does not work. Why mess with a good thing? All of us standing in line could not use our app at the bus stop. The only person who could had the old version. Please fix ASAP. Or just bring back the old version that works

Updated, now it's wasting space on my phone. Don't know purpose of the GUI overhaul, the previous version was just fine. Get the bugs out this!

I can't do anything with this update I have no idea when my next bus is cumin it won't let me plan a trip or anything please bring back the old version I'm now forced to google to plan a trip because I can't get past the first screen of the app

Finally this app is functional. Intuitive design and simple. I like that it shows the stops around an area by simply panning the map around. Good job.

Worked briefly after updating to the new version and liked it. But it seems the server side is not ready. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

Bus schedules

Ok, i just reloaded the app because of a reply thst said there was a "back end" issue that was fixed. I still do not see any bus routes. I also do not see any way to refresh or forced a resync. The tutorial us worthless. Uninstalling again. What happened? Location does not work. The new app does not work. No current routes show up. I used to be able to open the app and see buses at my location. Searching for routes doesn't work either. Very disappointed. I'm going to uninstall.

Whoever made this app should be fired. The GPS is wonky, the bus times are off and the interface is garbage. You'll do better going to a stop and just waiting for a bus to come. Metro is a terrible service and the app reflects that. Houston needs better transportation options than this mess.

Being able to save locations such as favorites would make this app better. And it's no longer working like it used to...Now it doesn't even have the correct "real-time" on busses. Metro is my only form of transportation. I WANT to like this app, but I can't. Google does a better job... ????

EDIT: The app had been working fine but has become erratic and wonky recently. Times shown in the app are incorrect and misleading. It's lead me to miss a few busses. Please fix.

It was working fine, but now with the new update, nothing shows. Update: uninstalled and installed it and now it works well.

Works for a short while the stops working and while it is working it malfunctions and won't show you the route the it just stops showing you where the bus stops are completely

It's just not a very good app. Long load times and inaccurate bus times. If you can get it to load the bus times.

This app is trash wrong times busses always late .. I was late to work because of this app

The buses that show REALTIME have not been accurate for a while now. The map on here also needs some work, it wont find my aproximate location most of the time using only 'wireless networks' and I don't want to be using my GPS all the time as it drains my battery.

I don't ride regularly anymore, but I checked it out. Trip Planner doesn't work using Android. It gives an error with HTML code. Could be good once it's fixed. I'd test the arrival times if I was riding, but wouldn't rely on it until then.

Used to work like a champ but now does not work at all. What's the point when I can use Google maps, especially since its broken.
