I love this app

I love rideco baecause you know what your ride costs before you hop in. However Im not a fan of how often the driver gets switched , when you have got somewhere to be at a sert time it can be and annoying .

Better than Uber in my area because this offers group rides, which are much cheaper than solo rides. Base prices are cheaper than Uber as well.

Loving RideCo so far. Being able to book into the future is so handy. Fares are really good.

Edit: drop a star because they raised the prices again, at this rate might as well just use regular taxi again, its going to cost the same. This app is good, most drivers are polite and professional. Some refuse to follow your directions when the GPS says to go 10mins out of the way of drop off location (when you're the only rider). Other than that the app is good.

I can't log in to my account because it keeps making me verify my phone number but tells me my number is already verified by someone else aka me....... Logged me out before my first ride. Luckily I got text messages that my pre-paid ride arrived, even though the app stopped letting me access it. Last ride ever until you fix your Android app bug!!!

A couple days ago I requested my first Rideco. I applied a coupon which gave me $10 off and I ordered it 24 hours in advance. However, at the time of arrival, I stood waiting for ten minutes until I received a message that my ride has been cancelled and my money will be refunded. I had to hurriedly order an Uber to my destination. Uber will continue to be my first choice in transportation even though it's more expensive. At least this way I can trust that they will arrive.

App says my cell number is landline.

RideCo is by far the best way to get around in town. It's cheaper than Uber/Taxi, reliable and very convenient. Cars always arrive within the time windows claimed and the service is friendly. Shared rides are comfortable as they only allow up to 3 passengers (no one ever gets the middle seat). RideCo is my go-to app anytime I don't feel like driving.

I don't use the service a lot, but every time I've had to check for a ride, or actually made a ride request, a car has come promptly and within the time specified.

Had a ride that was suppose to show up 20 minutes ago, still not here and nothing from customer support either when I emailed them. Works great sometime, but don't use it for anything important.

The app needs work but the idea and service is fantastic. I love using rideco and I use it everyday, I recommend to anyone living in the KW area

I dont have a sim card in my phone but i have an app that i use for everything like calling and texting and other apps that require a phone number but when i put in my number it didnt allow it and said something about VOIP numbers dont work. Please fix this problem.

Great alternative to having your own car. Quicker than the bus and not much more expensive!

I love the idea of this app, but I have been unable to use it because every time I try to enter my credit card information it adds in a bunch of numbers. I also wish I could set up my credit card before first ride so I don't need to consider that additional time first thing in the morning.
