I have used it several times. Sometimes I get great service in a matter of minutes. But I have waited for 1 hr for a cab. Now I just got a phone upgrade and cant seem to log in to book another ride... and cant seem to troubleshoot my log in. The application does need work.

This a great and essential service but the app is not 100% yet. When you order a cab it updates you only once so you can't see how close the cab is. Also it NEVER posts the correct cab number.

Everytime I used the app fifteen minutes later I would get a call about how my cab was not available.

My cab keeps getting cancelled. I recieve texts about the cancellation and that I need to rebook a new one. So I rebooked and got on the new cab but I received a call from the old cab driver saying that he's outside the building and waiting for me! The whole system is a mess. Fix this please because it is inconveniencing passengers and drivers. Thanks!
