HTC ONE M8 Android version 5.0.2 I cannot even get the app on my phone. While it shows up in my Apps on google play it reads "not compatible with this device" on my phones Google play. Spoke to Ricoh Support and the agent said he would notify corporate. I m hoping that they're working on an updated app since this hasn't been touched since Feb 26,2015. Works fine on my HTC one Android ver. 4..4.2

J'ai fait la mise à jour sur Lollipop et l'appli ne me permet plus de visionner les medias sur la WG-M1. Je peux juste la starter avec le mobile. C'est nul, j'ai acquis exprès la WG-M1 pour pouvoir voir les directement les medias sur le mobile.

I am able to see viewfinder but the message "connecting" would not disappear from the phone screen precluding me from using the camera functions.
