I downloaded this app in 2013 and was very satisfied with it on a trip to Italy. Now (June 2015) I am in Paris, and it won't download a single audio. Instead it crashes every time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but got the same result. Not only is it a hell of a thing to count on these audio tours and then, on the very day you need them, learn you can't download them, but because the problem is technical and undocumented, you'll also waste an inordinate amount of time trying to get the thing to work. You'd be better off if they just posted a note saying, "Does not work under XYZ circumstance." I don't know what changed, but don't waste your time.

Captures documents I try to view in other applications then doesnt show them. Have to shut the tablet to stop the endless process.

The maps in the books are illegibly small and there is no way to zoom in or enlarge them. Note that the user's guide that comes with the app is in pdf format and you can zoom in and out on the pages, but the guidebooks are in EPUB format and don't allow that. Most of the books are available in Kindle format and are more reasonable to use (I believe they also come in iBook format)

Useless, Registration does not work. Tried over and over and over. This is not what I would expect from Steve. Please fix!
