HPlus Watch

The idea behind the app is OK, execution is extremely poor. App won't close when exiting - even forced shutdown does not work. The app destroys the synced gps data. Heart rate data are never correctly displayed. Even adding up the total daily distance of a few events is not properly calculated.

If you want to track your fitness, find a different tracker. This will not sync to my Android, despite repeated attempts. The wristband by itself works fine, if you want to track your steps, but this app is horrible. I have uninstalled it, because why have it take up space on my phone, if it doesn't work? My next fitness tracker will NOT be this one!

Will not sync to Android phone. I have a Note 5. It worked for 2 days then stopped. Does not track sleep never did. Very disappointed. App designers do not seem interested in fixing it either since this i s an ongoing problem. I guess you get what you pay for.

I got the watch and downloaded the app when I had an iPhone and everything worked great! I switched to a Samsung and now the app doesn't work at all! My watch constantly says 8:20 and 9-1. I'm deleting the app. Highly disappointed. Loved getting alerts on my watch but now I don't get any.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app crashes constantly and hasn't recorded any data for weeks now. The watch itself is fine apart from the odd hiccup where it has erased all its data too... desperately searching for a better app for my cheap device but I think I'll have to pay for a better device instead.

Paired with the phone but the moronic software can't find the device. Have vibe K5. The watch software has been scanning now for several hours. Not very smart software for a not very smart watch. Regret buying this watch.

This app has frequent "Hplus has stopped" error messages when you are trying to view sleep data. When you click reboot, it erases all your stored data. So basically, this app is really only good for real time stats.

Getting better. Google maps support, now if the GPS was in the right place. At the moment I live in the middle of the Thames estuary! Wrong by 100 miles east. Rest works for me though

Time and date will not sync. I need the time as well as the fitness info. I also noticed that shortly after Bluetooth connection started it ended and is not re-connecting.

Completely useless! Stopped syncing after less than 24 hours and won't connect to the watch anymore. Suggestion to the developer - try to solve the connectivity issues and then deal with minor updates like adding maps.

App works for smartband but will not close runs all the time in background. Not able to even force close. Running on HTC 10 with Android 7

This app is CONSTANTLY running so it drains my phone battery crazy fast. I don't like the fact that this app will say that you're fat or very fat either. It needs many improvements.

Does not work. Time stuck at 8:20, keeps buzzing randomly, isn't keeping track of anything. Nothing is working!! Does not work with galaxy. 8 plus. Waste of money.

The app keeps stopping. It is bad. Need a better one.

Notifications don't work, representation of sleep cycles and sport is just horrible, it doesn't save any data so you can't compare anything.

The only thing I don't like is that there is no way to reset the pedometer each day

Love the app just hate the fact that I can't get it on my HP laptop and my Android 6.0 tablet's since me and my husband both have a hplus and try to keep tab on everything using what ever devices we can so we both know how we are doing health wise.

Terrible. Poor english. Data validation for english units is screwed up. Doesnt show blood pressure trends.

App has always been pretty dire, since it updated it doesn't work at all now, useless!!!

The app needs a lot of work in order for it to be effective in any way other than being just another watch. When you can't even get the app & tracker to sync with each other, this product should not be sold to the public. Half of the functions don't work correctly. I can't enter my weight in lbs nor kg because the information is not interpreted nor converted correctly to track any activity accurately. I am very disappointed.

New phone and still doesnt work. Going to trash it. Below is review from April. Third attempt over six months to see if the updates has fixed the syncing issue. If it does not work I am trashing it. Posted earlier review: Disappointed. I have owned this watch for several months and it had been working fine. It wasnt flashy but met my desires. I stopped using it for awhile and I have charged it but it wont sync to change time and date. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. My watch is useless now. I hope they fix the problem soon. If they do I will change my review.

Messes badly with Bluetooth: sometimes it works. Sometimes system Bluetooth cannot be enabled by any means even after rebooting several times. I had to uninstall the app, reboot phone, enabled Bluetooth, then reinstall the app to get it working. It's very random and unreliable. This is very annoying. The watch itself is nice but the software is too buggy.

How hard is it to get the app to accept my data? Every single day it says I've done nothing but sleep (Ha!) A nice lovely looking watch, I can't fault that.. but the rest is absolutely shocking. Maybe you should leave app building to the professionals.

Your app needs a lot of work . It crashes every few min. Doesn't synchronize with the product right. My phone does a better job of keeping up with my workout that the app does with my watch. I won't be recommending this product to any1 . I guess I will go back to fit bit or samsung gear. Might get over charged but at least the are on top of there tech.

App sucks, sleep info has never worked tried reloading several times. It's the part I'm interested in the most, cause I work nights, and want to find the best posible sleep routine I can. Rest of it seams ok, besides having to conect and disconect all the time.

I honestly love this app! Just by connecting to Bluetooth I can see receiving calls and messages. The data syncs very well if connected in range and I have no complaints. I figured the reviews just didnt realize that it uses Bluetooth and so phone and watch has to be in the same range.

I liked my watch initially as did my husband but now it just shows the date as 09-01 and the time is constantly at 08:20. I have unistalled and re-installed but nothing is working on both our watches. Really disappointed as only had them for 4 months which includes my husband already having a replacement due to it not working after 3 weeks. Need to get this sorted please

If you buy a watch to track your fitness, it should do just that. Will not sync. Auto-sync only. Tracks somethings, not others. What is the point? Why bother? You buy the watch only to find you have been shafted. If you have just bought the watch, don't unpack it. Send it back for a refund. (ADD: The watch actually works fine if the truth be known. I have come to realise that it is the app that is no good. It says fixed this and that. You fixed sod all matey)

This app needs a lot of work. I have enormous difficulty synchronizing my wristband to the app. I have to unpair and re-pair in a certain order or it doesn't recognize it. The data is often behind what the actual occurrence is (eg heart rate) on the monitor and app.

I am tired of it crashing. It is sad that you spend money on something and it won't work right. It makes you mad that everytime you go into the data it stops running. It is a shame that it is a wonderful watch all but for the App. Everytime it updated I think maybe it is fixed t ok be shot down when I go into it and it still doesn't work. Please get it fixed and I will gladly give it a five star. This should have been fixed months ago.

This apps doesn't store any profile data saved to your watch. User info is not working and the geo tagging does not work on android, in my case Samsung Note 5. But its work perfectly if I connect to my Iphone. Pls fix these issues urgently.
