Haven What's On

I like being able to see what is going on before we get on holiday. Also the cou town is great. However, I can't book the free activities, it just brings up an error message. Also, I have 2 holidays booked but only seem to be able to see 1 on here. Would change rating if these things changed.

The app doesn't update holiday even though I upgraded and paid my holiday off instead shows the smaller caravan and says I still need to play 50. So is poorly designed and set up.

Rubbish, the app gave incorrect information during my holiday, wrong times, wrong details. Reception also gave our wrong activity information. Funstars said, nothing to do with them. My app comments match those of my holiday a dissapointment from start to finish!

Update 17/10/2017 now on site and even though we have set reminders the app and app us open and running. I'm not getting reminders when activities are about t start. This is a shame as when we used the app back in Marc. (On same phone it worked fine). HTC M9 latest version of Android installed. Whilst the app shows me what's on and let's me set reminders the booking an activity doesn't work, even though I'm logged in and it's found my reservation details.

I used this app twice on my recent Haven holiday. Although it gave a lot of information none of it was what I was looking for even though Customer Relations stated tide times were in the app.

Trying to book the kids in for some free activity for a holiday in April but every time I press book it gives me an error msg. Not useful at all

So annoying and slow. I much preferred the leaflet that used to be provided.

Used the app every timewe go to Haven. Gives all the info we need so we can make most of our time on the Park.

App does not match printed what's on guide. Resulting in missed events/activitys. Reception comment was we just use the printed guide.

Stupid app!!! You can't book free events! As it keeps saying error! So therefore you can only see what's on! Pretty pointless app!

I'm going on holiday next year (30/07/18) so I wanted to use this app to put days out in my holiday diary like the app says but the only problem is it's not showing any events for me to put into my diary what a useless app a waste of time with no help on how to use it avoid if I were you....

Unfortunately Thornwick Bay evening entertainment not listed, Im guesing this is because it run by Theater company? And places nearby doesnt list miles from Thornwick Bay ? Last year, i presumed it was jyst cause it was new but a year on ?

There are no age limits on activities so I can't book in incase my child is too young/old

Can't change parks it just states loading even tho I'm coneted to wifi.

I like this app as i can book activities for the family holiday in march. Thankyou im very excited x

The app won't allow me to pre-book my boy on to any of the activities for our holiday in a couple of weeks. I just get an error message every time I try. The holiday is for Thornwick Bay from 19 June.

The swimming time don mach the site. Only by an hour but it manage to up set a 2 year old I got the app to help plan not to up set the kids if I didn't have the app I wood hav looked at the time at the pool

When attempting to prebook activites, I get an error on android phone and my wife gets same error on iphone.

Not able to book any activities for my children on the app very frustrating ????

Love the app. It is great to be able to have a look at activities before we book our holiday. Will be using it once we get our holiday booked!

I can't pre book any activities - I don't have an activity bundle pass but I only wanted to book the free ones at the moment!

This app in principle is great. Unfortunately it won't allow us to book on to any of the activities for our upcoming holiday

loaded this app to an alcatel pixi 4 and it accepts email but no response when i try to enter password

I've bought 2 activity bundles but it won't let me pre book???

Crashes constantly on the title page. I emailed Developers months ago, they ignored me! Very disappointed. Seems to have been like this for many, many months and they just won't fix it. Well this bodes well for our holiday! :(

Crashed 3 times in about 3 minutes and once I struggled to restart it. Needs remaking from scratch judging by reviews.

Does not work. Still have last year's act act on main page. Crashes and unreliable.

Useless app, just throws me out. Second time downloaded and just as bad the second time. Hopefully the holidays better!!!!!!!!!!!!
