Don't be fooled by the pretty icons & sales blurb. I found the application extremely difficult to customise & not intuitive at all!! My suggestion, look elsewhere!! I want a refund try the save &then search options, didn't work!!! Total waste of time!! I want my money back, Google, here I come....

Woo Hoo ! I love this app. I don't want to store my passwords on a remote server. App is ran locally on my device. Allows me to create backups and even export to CSV. Now this is control of MY data the way I want to do it! Thanks for the proper way to store MY data which for some reason seems to be different from the rest. The others SHOULD be like this but are not. Issues: Backing up data is a tedious task, give me an option of where to store it ONCE and then let me just hit "Backup" Persist the location, don't make me choose it every time! Even better would let me choose the location and just update the that persisted file every time there is a change. maybe increment the filename?

This app allows easy to understand, customizable storage of many kinds of essential information, from passwords to credit cards to passports. The only thing lacking is cloud access, but maybe that's a good thing for security purposes.

Running Marshmallow and wondering when you will support biometrics (fingerprint) as an alternative? The weakest link is software like this as it stores all of your other passwords. So it demands a very strong and complex password. Supporting biometrics like other apps makes it faster to access.

I like it BUT the templates go AWAY if you use them. Bad bad idea! Developer PLEASE FIX THE TEMPLATE ISSUE!!!!!! I would rate a 5 STAR PLUS PLUS IF YOU DO!

This is the only password manager app I have found with templates for different types of information. So credit cards and car details, for example, can display different sets of fields that are relevant. And as an added bonus, it looks good - all the fields for an item are displayed nicely on a single screen. Import/export and backups are most useful and simple to use. Thanks for the great app.

I bought 3 copies of this only to find out I can't import a *.cvs file to my SD card. No one is returning an email to me from your shop. I need my money refunded since you show no interest in working around this problem induced by kitkat 4.4

Sprint HTC EVO 3D. Best password app! Developer had a quick response in solving a problem with installation. GET IT!!!

Works just fine on my Note 5 w/5.1.1. Suggestion: Consider adding bio-metric support (fingerprint) as Google Pay, Samsung Pay and many banks now accept this. After all, the weak link in the chain is the user's password as not many will adopt very strong passwords as they need to remember it. Accepting a fingerprint scan seems like a good and much more secure alternative... if the scanner is available on their device ;-)

Please add an option to import icons. There is small bug: if you add category once, after second category adding, a previous category name is showing in textbox. I started to reduce mark due to missing option. I can see many people have issue with restore of passwords, i hope it will not be in my case.

When you migrate from lite version, it saves the file as csv, not .bakx. When restoring to full version, use 'import csv', not 'restore from sd card.'

I've been using the free version of this app for a few years now and loving it. I got a new device and needed to transfer data easily so I bought the paid version and despite having to go through a few hoops to do so, now, everything is working! The trick was transfering the exported cvs file to Dropbox so I could then transfer it back to the new device's SD card and then importing the .cvs file to Password Safe full version. Yes, it took a little work but much less than having to transcribe all the passwords by hand!

I really like this application. The Kitkat (and some earlier device manufacturers did on earlier versions) limitation on writing to the external memory is an Android issue not the developer. Having said that it should be simple for the developer to provide us the directory that Kitkat will allow their app to write to. I have written to developers before and been given that information and been able to make backups and write to the external card successfully. The limitation is that other apps can not use that data, in this case this is good. Simple fix to the issue but developer HAS to respond to this request. Others continue to explore this app type and our choices are getting larger so staying competitive has to be important.

Best password of all apps?? I don't know, but I tried a few and stayed with this one. The one feature that is absolutely essential is ability to create a backup *.csv file, and this apps does that.

I used this (purchased) app for years and liked it a lot. Yestreday I had to replace my SGS4 and the app can't restore neither from the backup file I created on the old one, nor from the CSV file, which renders it useless. I won't type in all the password information into the app again because when the next phone change is due, I'm running into the same problem again.

Used for several years. But I need app which will use Web or MY cloud (outlook, Google, etc.)
