I have had the App for 2.5 months and so far I have not seen even once the activity or any kind of notification. Application owners are either completely unaware of the issue or they have no solution to this issue. I even submitted a support request to ask them to look into the issue but haven't heard back from them yet. I have very little hope that this App actually works.

It's not updating since yesterday, and doesn't give a report in the morning. I should not have paid $32 fee for one year. Can I Have it refunded? This application is useless.

Do not see the usefulness of this app, since it doesn't show live data. Put my kid on the bus 25 minutes ago. It still shows no data...

I like that I receive notification when my daughter is on her way home so I can meet her at the bus stop. The app was slow the first day but no problems now.

Never updates, cannot access settings, no longer get notifications.

Updates from bus to app are too slow. I have to close the app to get it to refresh, and often will post updates too late (for example, I will update the app for 10 minutes, then all of a sudden it will show "got on bus 8 minutes ago"). Not quick enough.
