This app is easy to use. Once you login to this app, you can take a picture or choose existing picture in your gallery that needs change, specify its location, issue description with specific date and start sharing it. Lets your friends and people know about the issue your just submitted.
The interesting part of this app is that, once you are about to upload the picture, this app will detect the location of the picture you just snap by using GPS capabilities.
Thus, administration will get into the issue report that user just submitted and can start improve the location that needs change.
