App simply does not work. Cannot log on. Saying wrong name, or email address. It's very frustrating

App will not let me log in. Wrong pin/email address when both are 100% correct. Uninstalling waste of time.

Tried to use today to make a payment. All fields empty so I keyed in all my info, then it told me there was problem with account details try again. Tried again repeatedly but same result every time. Please investigate as app is now totally useless

Load of crap, keeps asking for e-mail address then when you give it to them they tell you it's invalid even though it's the same e-mail address I have been using for my online account with them and everyone else for about 15 years now, strange how it still works for everything else though .DELETE.

Since having my account with Greyhound this app has never worked at all, and I have tried on multiple different phones and confirmed my settings were correct. Please Fix this.

Terrible app all it's good for is taking money. No calender pdf's on app which would be efficient. Instead you must sync with your own calender via google/Gmail. Very poor & Slow

What's the point of this app when all it shows is balance? Can't even top up within the app

It would be a much better app if it gave you an in - out transaction record.

I had to ring greyhound to get my pin but then i could log in no problem .

Just as i expected from greyhound. Dont bother downloading, its useless.

Would love to use this on me phone but somehow it's not allowing me too.. wrong pin/vc code than wrong email address please make it simple for the likes of me > no computer wiz here < I have account with you/greyhound there should be somehow a link up straight away but finding it hard to sign in on phone. maybe its me not you but I want to use this app but am deny access..

This is a good app but since I got a new phone it wont let me download - so now its pretty useless :(

when it starts, I just get a "cannot retrieve URL" squid error message

Where do you get your code? Is it on the payment card, that's the only code I've found and it doesn't work so I can't use the app at all.

I installed the app it opens for less than a second then closes I have a Motorola razor please fix this app.

Won't accept my email keeps kicking me out

I updated app and now I can not get information about payment. Lift charges or when I pay just get a balance now please put debt and credit information back.

Will the developer please fix this!! Every time I try log in it keeps saying that the pin code or account number is wrong!! Very annoying

Was great now useless can't log in to make payment will have to blow cobwebs off laptop to Make payment or cancel greyhound service.
