QuickEdit Text Editor

So awful, ads everywhere and keeps failing search, when I finally find the file then press back you get the choice, "Later" or "exit". I don't actually get to go back and browse other files.

I would like a feature in which the app shows shader syntaxes. It will be useful for me to edit shader files easily.

Decent editor ruined by cheap add placing! The most fascinating part is when you try to exit it shows add right where the exit button was.

It's a very powerful text editor in Android, especially helpful where I could access programming source codes as well as public cloud storage. The current search could be made more friendly by adding word highlight and search up or down.

This is the best Plain/Rich Text Editor on the play Store. There use to be one that included .cbz .cbr .html (full & partial) .PDF (partial support). But I've not seen the application in the play store or my library​ since late 2009. Thank you for This Wonderful App

This app has improved -- but I still have to take two stars off for how so many characters (even open-quotes and close-quotes) get turned into question marks by a save operation.

App works great for allowing me to browse through my written reference stuff on the go. Simple and pretty intuitive. Still using this on a new phone, one of the best/ most useful apps I use!!

This app got everything I need. I store my notes in markdown file format so I am happy I found this great all in one: code editor, plain text and markdown preview.

Compared to a lot of other editors it works well, does exactly what it says it will and is very easy to use. One of the better apps on the scene, if you're looking for a reliable editor, this could very will be the right one for you.

This is a great code editing app that is not flooded with apps, but I have one issue with it. Whenever I preview an HTML document, the Alert doesn't show up. Granted, this isn't a huge issue, I figured it should be known.

Great text editor! It's simple, lightweight, clean, and customizable, and works well for code files and general note taking. I appreciate the physical keyboard and Markdown support.

Fail! Tried to create a plain text file and save to internal storage. As soon as I saved the file a full screen ad popped up blocking any further use of the app. Had to force stop app to clear it. New .txt file was created and save, but empty.

This editor works equally as well on my phone and tablet. Lots of interesting configuration choices allowing me to make it work the way I want.

When open a file in editor and want to back to the folder from where I opened it, it is not possible Why there is ko going back from an opened file?

Can't get any cloud access, whether sync or push/pull. Will head over to xda for help..

Works well for reading and editing text files, e.g. transferring text from my laptop to my phone and vice versa with Onedrive.

Great app for general text editing. Be it to write snippets of code or just a quick text documrnt, this is the lightweight editor for you. Minimum formatting features, no spell check or support for add one is my only real gripe. Personally. I write extremely long emails and texts and use this app to write, proof. Re-evaluate and finalize my post before sending it on its way to the poor soul who receives it.

Fast and overall really great text editor. I only want to point out three small bugs I have found until now: 1. When you write some text in a new file and you want to exit the editor, the Save button does not work. It only works if the file already exists. 2. If there is no space between a Python code and a comment, the comment is not highlighted correctly. 3. If auto indentation is enabled, the character(s) used for indentation should be the one(s) set in Indentation Character setting. I also have two suggestions: 1. Main and New/Open/Save menus could be merged to increase simplicity. 2. An option to see hidden characters wouldn't be bad either. ;)

Could make the app perfect by adding few popular themes for Syntax Highlight such as Monokai, Dawn, Solarized, Twilight, etc. Current theme isn't perfect for some languages and some people do prefer their favorite theme. Also Material Icons would be perfect for menu icons and storage listing folder icon.

Can't complain much. To many reviewers out there: of course there are ads, someone made this app to earn money! That's totally ok!

Every time I tried to exit it asked if I wanted to leave and showed an ad. After fifth time I freaked out and deleted this trash

Great app, but a minor improvement would be to click "save" and not have to wait for a splash screen where you then have to click "done" in order to continue. EDIT: this happened on Android 4.2. With version 7 it no longer does this.

Very nice app. Works well with big files, reads any format, saves wherever you want, small ads at saving are not annoying

Awesomely HTML editor clean and simplistic word wrap and line numbers works great makes me feel like when, I was coding at Seattle Central Community College in Web Design class.

Very easy to use. Compatible
