Napster Music

There's a big issue with the volume of the music being much lower than it should be. I'm maxing the volume but the songs sound like a whisper. I've checked and it is the app and not my device causing this issue. This has only occurred since updating the app. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but it's still doing this.

This stupid app keeps erasing artists from my library! This has been an ongoing issue since the switch to Napster. I don't have time to keep redownloading half my library. Fix now or I'm off to Spotify!!! I pay to much for this faulty BS!

This new update hasn't been helping with the app's equalizer issues. First it would take effect after the song played for a few seconds, and now the equalizer completely disappears.

App keeps stopping and skipping to the next song, it's annoying. Please fix it ASAP!

Love the app. Has almost all of the music I love to listen to. Even some bands I didn't think would be on here. Highly recommend to anyone who is debating over this or Spotify. Napster definitely takes the cake.

I think your app has come along way, but I'd like to see Napster take its place next to Spotify, Pandora and Google Music when it comes to working with Google Assistant, Android Auto and other new Android features.

Yall need to add more artists and songs like all twenty one pilots albums more fall out boy and more my chemical romance. More hip hop more everything

I don't like that songs/albums in downloaded playlists only show up in playlists, it would be nice to also group them in with album & track downloads

Why are you trying to make me pay for a subscription now?! I've never had to in the past not paying you $9.99 for this it's not worth it period

Very good music streaming app. Out needs a quick scroll option and a quick way to get to the last played song in your playlist.

Still waiting for an update that doesnt make everything worse. This is the 2nd time in a month that i have to re-download my entire library and even downloading is garbage now. If Napster deletes my content one more time i'm off to spotify. Way too keep trying to lose long time subscribers. Going on 5+ years with this app but it is getting unbearable

Overall great app, but as of recent I've been experiencing issues with the audio quality. Songs seem to be playing about 2x louder and with worse quality, and the issue is only fixed if I restart the song. I'm not sure if this is client side or a bug with the new update. Any feedback would be appreciated

I have a ZTE Warp Elite. I am seeing a lot of "Playback failed. Skipping to the next track" popups, especially during radio play. Otherwise my only complaint is that the music isn't separated very well or is not as easily identifiable by genera as other music apps.

Offline listening experience is less than less-than-stellar. Constant battle with failed downloads. Also, lots of conflicts and error messages when you have a Multi-Device plan with them, even when playing downloaded tracks.

I love being able to find whole playlists of music I LIKE that I may not have heard before. Between this and Slacker I'm not sure which is the best, they complement each other. Napster seems easier to get new songs you don't already know, and the offline data savings make the monthly subscription rate well worth it. Finding Napster was just a nice surprise, I am hooked! _______________________________________________ I am having a WAIT A MINUTE moment: I was downloading STATIONS. I was downloading ALBUMS. They are not there, no option exists anymore for me to download stations. Hours of time are gone from data burning searches, listens, and downloads, and I am subscribing with the understanding that stations and albums are actually being downloaded but it is only tracks and playlists now. Did my features change because I let the application update?

Been thru all variations of Napster and the apparently. From Napster to Rhapsody back to Napster. For the most part happy with it. Except lately. Tracks skip. Album art isn't exported to downloads on devices. Tracks do not fully download tho they say they are. The last two or three versions of this app have been super buggy. Extremely disappointed.

Works ok but the radio is now an extra pay-for option and it no longer supports Shazam. Also, if you're playing a playlist and click on the app icon to get to the app, it forgets you're in a playlist and you have search to find your location. Always start the app from the Running Apps option on your phone. Once my subscription is over I'll be switching to Spotify.

On the reissue version of selfish machines by pierce the veil the song fast times at clairmont high has some glitch where it puts another song over the music I've looked all over the Internet and I can't find what the song is is kinda like elevator music sing by some girl with a bit of autotune what is the song EDIT: THEY REMOVED 3 FAMOUS LAST WORD ALBUMS I WANT THEM BACK THEY'VE BEEN GONE FOR WEEKS

All the new music I can handle... The app works flawlessly and is very easy to use If you love music this is the app to have. I highly recommend Napster Misic

I used to love this app, until last night when it burned through almost 40gigs of background data for no apparent reason. Submitted a ticket with them. But there is no way they would reimburse for the overage charges.

So I have to pay for a service and I can't do anything with the music I download? I have my own music player on my Android and I can't use it to play my music? Last I checked I was paying money out of my pocket for this.

I used to love this app, but apparently you are no longer able to download songs to your SD card. I don't want to waste all of my internal storage on Napster. Thinking about looking for another music service.

Not.going to pay when it says thirty days free trial, but when I enter my card it's already declined... why would it be declined if I'm not supposed to pay right now?

No problems to report..I absolutely loved Rhapsody and have been a member for at least ten years! And the same great service remained intact when the switch to Napster was made!!.

Scammers , Kept trying to upgrade my account to make it work properly got all the way to 1999 a month No customer service number you can never get in touch with anyone to help with your account

Very disappointed with the new upodates. My album covers for my downloaded music dont show at all. Its very frustrating because that's how i distinguish all my music.

The Playlists don't display properly all the time. Only under the downloads tabs. I currently have 14 playlists

Sound quality is a bit poor not as bad as Spotify though selection is way better than it used to be songs no longer randomly stop and like the new look but needs to work on improving the quality of sound

There's no skip track for lock screen or notification bar. And I can't see my favorites. when I tap see my favorites it just says error loading please try again...

The unradio feature comes free with my T-Mobile plan. By free they apparently mean they'll instantly charge your card despite you being on the free month premium subscription. There is no obvious way to connect it to your T-Mobile account so don't bother installing it if that's your goal.

Kept trying to get you to upgrade your account for more money never anyone available to help with your account

It's all good but needs more songs that's been made over the yr some songs u can't get

Limited music available , Issues connecting to multiple devices ,Or service phone number however you can chat face sold me an upgrade that said unlimited devices for 1499 a month And then when I tried to put 3 devices to it my husband myself and my child they tried to charge me again saying that I could only do 2 devices Even though this 1499 a month agreement was supposed to be unlimited

Songs on lists keep getting deleted automatically its starting to be a pain
