GrocerMax - Online Grocery

I am struggling from last 2 days to return wrong product delivered for my order. I had ordered six piece Apple USA but you deliverd Apple Kinnor. Five times I have called customer care and they just told executive will come and return the item. But nothing happen...

I have ordered some material from grocermax app..cash back offer was showing on app (app was completely updated and refreshed), but they denied cashback by saying it is already expired. Even the conversation was worse with the Customer care executives. They r cheating Customers.

Still can't access the basket. Please don't say it's network related. Also the products on offer are always out of stock.

I had tried making the payment but the payment options got shut down . So I had to call to plave the order. On they excluded offer items without informing us

I cancelled my order ID 145095406 DT. 24th April. But till date haven't got my money back in my mobikwik wallet. Despite repeated calls to your even worse customer care, they say it's in process of transfer to your wallet and I am expediting it. Bloody hell, does it take 1 month to get a refund. You guys are real thick skinned. I have vowed to spend more but will never buy from GROCERMAX.

The cashback did not come even though clearly mentioned at time of order booking. Total cheats.

I have download today but app auto pick the location Gurgaon while I want Delhi location and I did not change my location after many times try.

Ordered for 10 pkts of Amul Gold Milk 500ml vide order# 145117142 on 20.08.2016, received on 21.08.2016. All packets received were curdled. On further inspection the curdled milk had a plastic texture indicating spurious milk. Never going to buy from Grocermax again

I ordered grocery a day in advance. Their delivery boy call and ask to deliver it at 10.30 in night. Pathetic service

Added items and clicked on cart icon. Loading shows but cart never displayed....can't place any order....

When they are not able to deliver the product, they make Horrible excuses, and left the customer in last movement where he doesn't have enough time to go to market.

1st Order cancelled by grocermax on 1st jul'16 hence I requested for refund on same date in Mobikwik wallet, however I have received refund on 12th jul'16 in grocermax wallet instead of Mobikick, still issue is not resolved after 14 days.. Need lots of improvement. Pls don't buy anything from grocermax its fraud......

Website slow, poor app interface, unprofessional customer care, coupons at home page do not work, mobikwik payment does not provide any option to enter code, customer care says option to enter code may appear after the payment is done :O

This is a very poor app. I payed for the entire bill online. They didn't deliver me stuff for some 150 rs. Until I called them back, they didn't bother about my money. After calling them 2-3 time I got my money refunded after 2 months. That too I got an sms saying shop with in 10 days. It was my money not a coupon that should expire in 10 days. Also the app has a poor interface. I saved some items in the cart and then didn't shop, afte that coming again it doesn't let me add more items.

I am not able to change city it is showing gurgaon only. That's why not able to buy any product

They need to learn from BigBasket & Ask me Grocery. Coupon Code not working even for 1st Time user...
