Call drops and difficult to connect calls to India. App neither feature rich nor user friendly.

Badly needs dual SIM support. It only takes the SIM that's in the SIM 1 slot by default. No way to change that.

Best example of how to make the experience a torture for the customer ...should be made a case study

How can you make a working app so bad in the upgrade! I had express call app, and it used to integrate seamlessly in the dialer. Each international call used to get automatically routed to express dial app and it would connect it. Now with the new app, I have to open to app specifically to dial international numbers - no automatic routing. App also doesn't connect the call automatically, it shows the toll free number on the screen and waits for my input. It used to be a lot better and seamless with older app. Irony is the old app still works fine. international call automatically gets routed thru it. I wonder why new app fails to do so in the same environment.

The seamless integration with dialer is stopped, a strong feature disabled causing a lot of inconvenience. I could pull contact details from my corporate address book and dial directly, the number need not be in my contacts.. terrible inconvenience. Hope it is activated again..

The previous version integrated with the dialler, now I have to dial from the app. Terrible experience! The app also doesn't capture my received calls, so if I receive a call from a international number that isn't saved as a contact, there is no easy way to call them back without a copy / paste into the app. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

Great application. Works very well for my international calling. Previous express dial app used to automatically detect international calls and route via app. That is obviously missing in this upgrade since new OS is restricting interception of calls.

There is no option to dial directly from phone book, u have to be in app to dial. No access to customer care... nothing special..

Reliance is at it again and they proved they are the worst.. The previous app seamlessly integrated with the dialer and that was the best feature.. now it expects us to open the App and dial.. Great.. When the upgrade was not ready with most required feature they disable the old version.. Even better.. That gives you the award for worst app upgrader ever! Thanks for messing my time!

Earlier version intercepted the international calls and routed it to through the dialer. One of the most convenient feature! Can't find that option anymore! A major let down.

This is the worst update I have seen for any app. The reliance express caller app seamlessly picked up from the native dialer without a problem. This app needs me to be aware of what number I'm dialing and chose between this and the native dialer. Don't understand any feature additions either.

**Can't dial from my phone's native phone book. **Can't edit phone number typos by jumping to any part of a typed phone#. Have to delete all numbers starting from the right to get to the point I want to edit. ** Missed a call from a number you don't have in your phone book? Want to call back? No easy way. Either memorize the number or write it down or save it in your contacts list as "Who?". Then launch the app to call. ** It is plain to see that those who design and sell this app do not use it.

They just replaced a perfectly good working version with this joke of an app. The most basic feature of auto detecting international calls is has been removed. What was reliance thinking? The team who conceptualized this Idea should be fired immediately!! This is absolutely pathetic.

Worthless update/upgrade of new version 1. No direct dialing for international call 2. keeps asking for two-stage dialing Previous application was better.

What were you thinking.. This is not an upgrade.. Taking out all the best features from the previous version and leaving this Junk of an app. Very disappointed

I don't see any need of this app. Coz, whatever you enter the number or dial from phonebook of this application it takes you to the regular phone number post which you have to key in the desired dialing number. This app serves same purpose of a phone number in your phone book. Just call the either tollfree number or toll number. Pathetic. In spite sending feedback and calling the people, no improvement. Unfortunately i have to use it without any advantages of it. The earlier app was of some use.
