Sam's Club: Wholesale Instant Savings & Bulk Items

I like this app but did not give it a 5stars because some items I try 2 purchase even through it says they r in stock, they r NOT. It lets me know when I'm about 2 pay when it says "Item no longer available" This app should have continuous updates. Other than that it's good.

Super fantastic app, it would be perfect except that sometimes it glitches and it runs a little slow. Issues tracking orders and with returns. That being said it is set up for browsing, building your shopping cart and picking up orders in a very easy to use well laid out app.

I've installed and uninstalled this app multiple times. The pictures of products won't load. Searching for items and their graphics use to work fine. But this latest version doesn’t work. I've sent multiple emails and phone calls and No One can help. FRUSTRATING and ZERO support for this app!!!!!!

I love being able to order on here and drive through the kiosk to pick up! Awesome and easy peasy! The only complaint would be that sometimes my Sam's is slack about having a person in the pickup area.

I have a difficult time walking and I love the fact that I can submit my order and they'll have it ready for pick up without me having to walk through the huge store. They're always on time and accurate. Highly recommend.

What's the point of having an app to assess your credit services when it says you can't do it on your device pointless I've used this app for years now all of a sudden it won't let me and customer service says oh just go to the full site pointless

Great store but they closed local Sam's club without notice. 200 Employees showed up to see they had no job anymore.

The sams club app is good but it currenly has a security issues where the app is sending out fake $10 eGift card offers to fish you information. I confrimed with Customer Service that these are not valid offers. Delete the app until a secure update is released

Love that it shows your past purchases so you can add items to your cart without looking them up. Do wish that if you called within 2-3 hrs of same day, items could be ready for pickup, but is great feature!

It's a good app but don't think you will ever be ablke to ship something to your house because the shipping is outrageous I feel like they should offer some type of free shipping

For shopping this app is great. As far as credit services, it lags or completely fails so often as to make it useless.

I am finished with Wal-Mart and Sam's Club after the way they mistreated thousands of employees today. You don't treat my fellow Americans that way and not lose a member and customer.

Occasionally when putting together an order, the app runs into a malfunction and my card is not saved. This requires more work to get an order completed. I wish that could be fixed

The app itself was great. Easy to navigate, easy to use. Easy to say when I would like to pick up my items. I received an email telling confirming my order and pick up time. Then everything went wrong. I checked the app later to see my order status and it was scheduled 12 hours after the time I had picked (and a time the store was closed). I called and was told that was because I had ordered it too late. (Then why was it an option?) I later got a text saying my order was ready (only an hour after the time I had requested it). We went to Sam's only to stand around and wait for almost half an hour after checking in. No one came to help. No one knew where to go or who to ask. Then once we found someone that could help it was more standing around and waiting. It would have been faster for me to have done it all myself. All in all very frustrating. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

I love the savings that pops up on the phone I love this Scan and go but when is the White Plains store going to get Scan & Go I've used it several times in Secaucus Sam's Club very times savings

I'm mentally disabled so I shop online a great amount of the time because I don't do crowds. This app is easier to use than most out there.

I like the app and it is easy to use. There are a few things that could work more smoothly, but overall I really like the ease of use. And it helps that they have a "savings" with certain purchases.

When u have big families this the place to go to shop so many items and the price is right and the quality of it is better too.. even the fruit during spring and summer.. Yes!!! Thank the Lord for amazing store and the service is always nice..

Nice app only used once for pre_ordering item on line had no problems. Still waiting for second usage to be completed would be nice if this shipped order gave auto updates to email or text.

After scanning 2 items in store, no other items would scan. Even typing manually did not help. On the plus side, an associate checked us out without making us wait in line.

Works well the only problem I have is the scan an go it takes forever to get my location/ store I'm in. Other then that it's a good app

I like that you can see online and warehouse items in portrait and landscape. You can see if items are in stock at your warehouse. I wish more apps would emulate this one. Easy to use and very practical in many ways.

I have been a long time member and this was a good way of picking up the groceries. Recently they have been better with groceries making sure they are in my cart. Also having the app sync with the computer at the store saves me from getting the card out. Much better service now.

Sam's club is one of my favorite stores and this app lets me see all the good sales so I know what I'm looking for before I ever go to the store.

It helps me stay on budget because it keeps a running total as you shop so if I need to put stuff back, I can do it without it being embarrassed or slowing a checker down with people waiting in line! It's a life saver!

Unfortunately, I am deleting this because every Sam's Club is closing in WA. I now will be going back to Costco. Hopefully they build more warehouses so shopping there isn't so crowded. Thank you for giving me my cash rewards early.

Haven't found a app that hasn't fail me and family yet so Sam's club keep doing whatever that you are doing of always keeping your customers happy and continue to do great business with this company because you all do a outstanding job

This just makes you want to throw away your Costco card and only be a Sam's member because of scan and go

This app has changed my life. No more lines. I can go to Sam's for one item and not be there for an hour. Awesome!

Awful. Not able to access credit account from app.

So convenient ! I can order and pay online and have son pick it up on his way home. LOVE IT!

Having to sign in and pick out out those idiotic images Everytime.

Love the ease of knowing what products are available and pricing. Love the feature of online shopping and how you can save your favorite items. Also if you forget your is card it's right on your phone. So perfect!!

Overall ok but not very user friendly.

App shows a lot of big ticket items, I wouldn't mind more clothing, books and smaller items presented.

This is so easy to get things you buy all the time, with no walking around

It's glitchy and not all items are listed.
