Had to verify id via email, in app function didnt work. Now that id is verified and shows that it is (in the app), it wont let me set the payment option because i need to verify my id first ! Very poor programming, doesnt give me high hopes as to whether the app will even work once(if) I even get through setting it up.

I used to be able to upload via this otg app. I used to love it because its so easy. But after several updates, i was never able to upload again. I tried writing the staff and they told me to just keep trying, but still, no success. Its very frustrating! I have been a long time contributor to 123rf and appreciate all the stuff they do. And its just unfortunate that things like this happen. Please do something about it, please fix the otg app glitch.

Hopefully this can be fixed in the future...only half of my portfolio shows up. The others are as if they don't exist. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and would appreciate an updated version to fix this issue.

Never update anything. Delay from the website. Always ask my id card that i have done manytimes

The app is nice. I have been able to register my ID and also upload some photos for approval few days back. some of the photos got approved. If you have any issues you can have a live chat with their support team on their website. Whosoever I met were helpful. The only glitch was had to wait for at least 15 minutes to get to a support staff. yet overall I feel nice service is provided and if you have any doubts you can get it cleared

Nice but waiting over 2 weeks for pic approvals is not good.

Uploading is a breeze, I just wish the ID verification process was more clear and published photos were shown in mobile app like they show on website. I think they just don't sync timely. Also I never saw anything in Latest Activities. Zero. Null. Nothing. seems like i just can't participate in contests, but i don't get why?
