I have been using the program since its conception and they have developed many features over the years that have blown me away.

Makes it really difficult to keep track of calls, when I'm unable to log into the app, and the desktop version in the office keeps glitching when they try to email calls to all the techs. Let me know when you get it back to how it was before.
