REVO Ultra

Since recent update, crashes (7 times last 24 hrs) and hangs (30 times last 24hrs) after running for less than a few minutes, and this is on the LAN at home. Previous version worked much better. Not sure whether this is a Nougat thing. Please fix.

Cameras excellent, support excellent. App opens and doesn't crash for me but offers a sub par picture on phone (Galaxy s8) and tablet for the simple fact you cant choose full screen viewing, so the already limited size is made worse by the inability to utilize all of it. Doesnt allow for screen rotation on either device. Navigation is also very clumsy and limited. In my opinion needs major redesign or at least overhaul. I give Revo 5 stars in every other category but the Ultra app is poorly thought out.

Crashes too much! Not reliable. I have a Samsung galaxy s8, needs a good update asap!!

I love the system but just like the app a bit when it actually works. This app crashes after a few seconds way too much. The older Revo app worked well and solid. Need a more consistent solution for my mobile device. What is the point of having an app that doesn't allow you to see your cameras. A bit frustrated but a definite 5 star if the app would of been consistent.

When it works fine, but now when you reopen the app resets and loses all the cameras often and I have to choose the cameras again. Then it often claims unstable network but it is so steady even for gaming. I have paid for 100m down and 10 up, it is not my connection feed. Please fix!!!

The split views are hard to see on a small screen, more fuzzy on zoom, the clearest is definitely using an on site monitor, but no need to watch it while at the business, the customer service is second to none. The tech walked me through everything and even used remote access to get the software loaded on my laptop. GLAD I chose Revo Ultra 4k cameras and compact NVR, price,quality, and customer service, are the best value by far...

Not able to use with Android O. My phone locks up and requires a hard power down.

Revo has transitioned into HD systems and this app proves they have put time into what customers wanted. As time passes by, I am sure many features will be added.

With the old version analog sistem is not clear images but the mobile app work in a snap on wifi on hot spot or on my mobile using my data service and is faster even while traveling, the images can rotate if you rotate the phone and can be watching on single camera with sound when channel has sound available and you can pinch the image like zooming.....not clear image but you can. WITH REVO ULTRA I ENCOUNTERED WITH SOME ISSUES LIKE IF MY INTERNET IS LOW SPEED AT HOME ACCORDING OF AT&T IN MY AREA MEMPHIS TN.
