Update 04/11/17. Your updated version is slow go back to the way 3.1.4 loads cameras. Get rid of the circle waiting to load. Image is kinda grayed out and then loads. again I will not update until you fix these issues. Why contact u? You don't respond back? New version too slow will stay on 3.1.4 until I get a different DVD. Updated by accident and still new version alot slower to load than new. Reverted
Till today was working fine since 2012. Today it shows me error No Server running (10) . I am using through DVRNS provided by Revo. Inside home I can connect and see cameras but outside is not working. Is there any server issue at Revo DVRNS?
Since u guys got dashboard locked out from any browser other than explorer could u guys please make an option in this app to update the firmware on the site dvr remotely? Right in this app? PLEASE?! I shouldnt have to go buy a windows pc to be able to update my dvr firmware. & I surly shouldnt have to figure out how to do it with flashdrive as it never works. So please change dashboard to work with other browsers or make this app to do what I suggest. I wont buy another thing from you until you do this. Also cromecast support would be awesome! Do that and you get 5 stars
So everything is great but for some reason, I can't get the playback of the camera to work. Whenever I click "search" it says no recorded data, so if you could fix this I will for sure give it a five star rating. Thank you!
I have tried several times to get it to work. Removed & downloaded again 30 times. Called Revo & my internet provider & still doesn't work. Payed a lot of money for this.
This app does not serve the viewing away from home purpose, which is THE main reason the system was purchased. Totally disappointed with the app...
Very frustrating, unable to sign in. It keeps saying no server connection. I have tried numerous times.
Fantastic app. Kudos to Revo for keeping it updated. I have many retail businesses and i have revo installed in most my locations. Exellent hardware and user interfaces.

Will not allow to register site keeps saying no server running. After hundred tries it worked once the UIP option was unchecked, just to make sure I removed the program them installed again but would only work by unchecking the UIP option, please check what causes this issue, many other people need a fix to this problem.

When I'm home on my WiFi it connects perfectly fine. When I leave the house to any other WiFi or my phone data, it says "no route to host(16). Not good. It used to work fine.
Giving yall 5 stars now. Had old version, worked great. After updating when I run the app it says "updating configurations" and that's all it does. ... Ok thanks for the reply. Yes I learned that the back button will allow the app to function properly. I'm changing my 1 star to 3 stars until this is not necessary at which point I will give you 5 Thanks.
Can not use app anywhere except where the system is hooked up. Whats the point in that? Will change star rating when issue is resolved.

Did the upgrade now will only work on wifi I have the samsung galaxy s6 edge it worked before the upgrade!
For a whole day you could not view the cameras, system keep on saying connecting but would not connect. Also cameras keep going bad.
Somebody broke in at 3 am and of course, no server, it has been this way for MONTHS. Does not work.
Is not working. Just sets and spins instead of connecting. I have to keep uninstalling and install again. I love to use the product but it needs to be fixed. Soon

The customer service from this company is outstanding and is my favorite thing about doing business with them. I personally like the app, the desktop app, my DVR camera system, and a lot of things about they way it all ties together. But the customer service they provide is just beyond compare, very few companies provide the level of service they provide.

Doesn't work on the Galaxy s5 tried reinstalling the app numerous times and also triple checked everything else. It works on my co workers apple products just fine.
These guys are great. This is probably one of my most used apps on my phone. I'm not the most tech savvy person out there so the couple of issues I have had were quickly solved by Revo's team. These guys have an amazing amount of patience when dealing with someone like myself and keep working till the problem is solved. Thanks Revo team.
The way the app accesses the dvr now is very slow and even between camera changes .. the previous version was much faster
Says no server running. Most frustrating thing ever! We pay so much money for your products and you provide such a crappy application that never works when needed the most! And don't ask me to call your customer service number. Just fix it for everyone!
This new upgrade is horrible. I hate it and it is ruining my business. I'm considering installing a whole new security system
I have been using it for over 2 years. Now after the update i am not able to use the app. It says "server error or sth" and "network timeout". Not sure what happened with the new update.
After the new update the app doesn't connect to my DVR. Really is an inconvenience...

Terrible. App will not let me connect to my devices. I am just left with a message saying that nothing is connected to the server. I know that my cameras are connected because on older devices that were already connected I can look at my cameras. Customer service/tech support was no help either. Please fix this.
VERY DISAPPOINTED in this APP!!! Not one of my managers can log into this app even watching the YouTube how to videos...Still haven't even heard back from the tech support about assistance :/ OVERALL right now I'm an not pleased at all with the app...0stars
