مركز العلاقات العربية التركية، هو جمعية خيرية طوعية تهدف إلى توثيق الصلة بين العالمين: العربي والتركي، في مختلف المجالات: الثقافيّة والاقتصادية والإعلاميّة والاجتماعية وخدمة القطاعات النسائية والطلاَّبية والشبابيّة .. وهو مؤسسة أهلية تتمتع بجسم وهوية وشخصيات اعتبارية، مقرها المركزي في اسطنبول، يقوم عليها نخبة من العرب والأتراك، وهي متصلة مع البلدان الأخرى من خلال مكاتب للارتباط، أو علاقات شراكة ثنائية.
