First the service is worst and 2nd customer service is useless. Today i tried to take plan and to know that i contact customer live chat. The agent was used to sleep. He replied 1 sms in 5 to 10 min. Dont I hv other work other than waitng for his reply.

When I start using call to India program. One of c care call me. Request to use this app. Call to world plus... Good for 2 week.. After chat with c care.. Request use call to world.. I am use this now but not happy with this call... Some time with out any sound start time... When I c care say your net speed not good... For voice call I think 1 mb/s good speed.. I have more than 6mb/s... Any way c care request add other friends and add balance in my account.... Sorry friends don't use this app
