Previous version was great and user friendly....I always have an easy access to dial my contacts.....G3 have to fix the problem. Otherwise you will lose customers.

Keeps asking to update credentials but does not complete the process to send activation code

No menu button on note 5.. No integrated menu button... G3 don't update their app

This dialer is not working on Samsung note edge I am updating my profile it's not doing anything. .. and can u bring the old dialer back this one sucks....

Why it's not working with Samsung Note 4?? Only maim screen comes up with no bottom bar showing contacts, recent calls etc.? And no way to register this new phone or my number on this device?? Pls fix the bug.

Contact list does not show on nexus 5.

In the pictures i can find direct dial option... but after installing there is no direct dial option... i am using samsung note 4...

This is how it has been described : "G3 Mobile app allows you to make low rate long distance calls at up to 90% savings directly from your contact list without having to dial any access numbers or input any PINs." But in actual it has stooped function of calling from contact list. I need to type number manually every time i need to make a call. Not sure why its not being resolved. Gave 2 stars as it was working fine until 4 months back.

They are shit scammer. I use free trial which work fine. Then paid $10:50 for monthly calling. Once you pay. Nothing will work. Read review and regrett as my 15 min will waste in calling my Credit card company asking for charge back. Can not have service with these scammers.

Its one of the best services. Even though their access number will be busy some times, overall service was good

It is really good if you call from home .... i tray directly from my cell. But i couldn't. .. may be the problem is in my phone

I have an account with G3 for a long time now. I primarily use it for long distance calls which is a lot cheaper than my service provider. When I installed this app in my Note 4, it does not display the lower portion of the "supposed" screen. My note 4 is showing only up to "G3-Call-Backspace".

After entering authorisation code and clicking update profile get the message "underlying connection closed: unexpected error on a send"./ please help

I cant call directly from g3 as shown in your pictures...every time i am entering thefull phone number to call....

This is the most useless long distance system. First they have my over $15.00 which I can't use. The dial thru doesn't work. You launch the app useless, don't work either. You call customer service and the people don't know what they are talking about. What a waste, just shut the whole thing down and stop wasting our time with "all circuits are busy".

Always says circuits are busy. I've never been able to make a call with this...
